They said that they would not credit me for the dryer by restarting it. They said it must of been human error. I dont know what that means. I asked them to check the cameras to prove that I paid and they said that the owner was 2 hours away and could not. I am not out to scam laundrymats out of an hour of free drying. I pulled $10 out of their atm and paid the $3 fee 2x that day and received dollar coins and quarters from the attendant before all this happened. This laundrymat does not put customer service first and $4 is worth more to them then loyal customers. I do not recommend.

I used this laundromat several times while in the area. It was kept pretty clean, even when under…read moreheavy use. I never saw a machine - washer or drier - that was out of order and there were always plenty of machines available. The driers were not as effective as other laundromats I have used across the US so cost more than usual. I am not a fan of tokens rather than coins as I am usually in an area for a limited time and can have left over tokens that don't work anywhere else. Fortunately, on this trip, they came out even and I used them all!

I told someone I work with about this and they said this cleaners stained their brand new bed skirt with blue dots also!! They told me to take it back to where I purchased it....that's not how that works. In the same order, they broke a zipper off of another dress. I called every month for 6 months and was informed it would take even longer to be fixed and they didn't know when it would be ready. I called back 2 months later (I was pregnant and had a baby) and they told me it had been ready to be picked up for a really long time. They never once called me to inform me it was ready. On top of that, they tried to charge me for the zipper they broke in the first place. They still haven't given me my dress back! BAD BUSINESS. Do not use them.
