They said that they would not credit me for the dryer by restarting it. They said it must of been human error. I dont know what that means. I asked them to check the cameras to prove that I paid and they said that the owner was 2 hours away and could not. I am not out to scam laundrymats out of an hour of free drying. I pulled $10 out of their atm and paid the $3 fee 2x that day and received dollar coins and quarters from the attendant before all this happened. This laundrymat does not put customer service first and $4 is worth more to them then loyal customers. I do not recommend.

They've got wi-fi access for their customers which is nice for entertainment on your laptop or smartphone while doing laundry. Their policies for the change machines and refunds for errors leave something to be desired. I counted 54 machines total, and at least 12 of them were marked out of order. I'd be willing to bet there's more. There are no carts to move laundry between machines. Change machine had difficulty making change. Would recommend knocking on a strangers door and offering to pay them to use their machines before coming here! There are 9 washing machines and 3 of them are out of order. Each load is $1.75 which is reasonable for the size (small front load), then you see the problem when the machine starts -- it's spinning in slow motion... like seriously, i sat there and watched the entire 45 minutes of wash cycles, which by the way is supposed to be only 27 min, I wouldn't be complaining for a longer cycle if only it actually cleaned my clothes. The water slowly dripped down but never build up, there's no foam or bubble, it cycled very slowly the entire time except the final spinning, it did squeeze out most the water. After the long excruciating 45 mins, I pulled out my clothes and sure enough all the stain and soil are still there. I was seriously contemplating driving another 30 minutes to the laundromat in De Queen but I was out of time that day. The dryer does work well but they are pricey, a quarter only gets you 4 minutes!!! In most other places you get 6-7 minutes. Pretty sure I won't be coming back here. By the way the coin machine doesn't work.

The washing machines seem to be in good order, although they do need some cleaning in the top where you pour your detergent/ fabric softener in, the floors needed to be swept and some trash needed to be thrown out, but overall the equipment seemed to be in decent shape. The bathroom was clean, which is more important to me than a few fabric sheets here and there. It did take four times however to dry one pair of queen sheets on medium, the dryers are only $.25 per cycle, but the cycle is eight minutes long. It also seems to be in a decent neighborhood so you don't feel like you're going to be mugged the minute you step out of your car, so that part was really nice, and for that reason alone, I will probably be back.
