I asked them to check the cameras to prove that I paid and they said that the owner was 2 hours away and could not. I am not out to scam laundrymats out of an hour of free drying. I pulled $10 out of their atm and paid the $3 fee 2x that day and received dollar coins and quarters from the attendant before all this happened. This laundrymat does not put customer service first and $4 is worth more to them then loyal customers. I do not recommend.

This is the only laundromat in the 30 miles radius. It looks decent for a town this size…read more(population 500?) until you start the machines.... There are 9 washing machines and 3 of them are out of order. Each load is $1.75 which is reasonable for the size (small front load), then you see the problem when the machine starts -- it's spinning in slow motion... like seriously, i sat there and watched the entire 45 minutes of wash cycles, which by the way is supposed to be only 27 min, I wouldn't be complaining for a longer cycle if only it actually cleaned my clothes. The water slowly dripped down but never build up, there's no foam or bubble, it cycled very slowly the entire time except the final spinning, it did squeeze out most the water. After the long excruciating 45 mins, I pulled out my clothes and sure enough all the stain and soil are still there. I was seriously contemplating driving another 30 minutes to the laundromat in De Queen but I was out of time that day. The dryer does work well but they are pricey, a quarter only gets you 4 minutes!!! In most other places you get 6-7 minutes. Pretty sure I won't be coming back here. By the way the coin machine doesn't work.

They've got wi-fi access for their customers which is nice for entertainment on your laptop or smartphone while doing laundry. Their policies for the change machines and refunds for errors leave something to be desired. I really don't need to get all those tokens when I put a $20 in the change machine... and it's a real pain in the butt to mail 'em in for an exchange if you don't need as many as they give you (which we never do), so we try to get our change prior to going.

I never saw a machine - washer or drier - that was out of order and there were always plenty of machines available. The driers were not as effective as other laundromats I have used across the US so cost more than usual. I am not a fan of tokens rather than coins as I am usually in an area for a limited time and can have left over tokens that don't work anywhere else. Fortunately, on this trip, they came out even and I used them all!
