Excellent customer service!!! They discuss options of repair vs replace the appliance, and give estimated costs on repair. It is YOUR choice, and they follow through all the way. They have access to parts the manufacturer show as discontinued. When appointment is set, they show up and call ahead when they are on the way. Service tech is professional and knowledgeable- and customer oriented. Glad I located this business. read more

After multiple visits of not fixing my washing machine, the last visit they completely broke it and left the responsibility on the warranty company. It was working before with only a squeek. Now, we have to replace it. Lee was unwilling to correct the problem his technician caused. I call that bad business! read more

On a Saturday, after running a normal self-cleaning of our oven, the inner glass door shattered. We called Lee on Monday, and he came over for initial assessment THAT day. Not only that, but after only a week and a half, we're back to a fully functional oven! Service was FAST, efficient, kind, and affordable! We will absolutely be using Lee's again in the future! We cannot say thank you enough! read more

I knew when they had to keep coming back to "fix" what was wrong; large bubbles, two-tone colors, uneven texture and later hair line cracks down the middle, I had made a huge error. They offered to keep coming back, doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results, then offered insurance after I got three estimates. I was done with it all. My error was in paying the full amount. My brother visited from out of state during the summer and was appalled seeing the inferior job and did what he could to make improvements with limited time. And I've been trying to get the city of Texarkana, AR to do it for two years. But here's the steps dealing with the city: 1. You have to haul all your crap to the curb and call them. 2. Then some guy comes by in an air conditioned pickup to look at it. He is too lazy to get out of his truck. 3. Then he lets you know what it will cost. 4. Then you haul it all back to your yard. 5. Then you go down and pay the city. 6. Then they schedule a day for you take it back to the curb for them to pick it up. 7. Total hassle...and you have to move it three times.
