It's a pity that you rarely find these type of places... the type that seems as if making money is an afterthought because of the love of what they do. If you're into trains then this place is absolutely for you. They sell other types models of "traditional" models other than trains but they don't carry them in stock and require ordering.

Harvey has launched this place to new heights and has been friendly to all involved (He is a great Dungeon Master for D&D, especially for the little ones new to the game). The place is kept tidy, and and all is organized in an effective manner for your comic searching pleasure. In terms of stock for things other than comics, they have a selection that I see as mediocre at best at times, though this is likely due to supply and demand, especially now considering everything going on. Necessary D&D minis were sometimes hard to come across even before this. Overall, the Multiverse is a great place to stop in my experience. I bought her book, "Go Back and Fetch It," and was delighted that she took the time to sign it (as she was running late for her soundcheck). This bookstore is beautiful (see video) and has so many offerings (besides books), some of which you will only find here. The owner and employees are very nice and patient. They were super busy today as lots of folks were here, but they were also polite and professional. I took a list of events with me. I will return for events and this is my new gift spot. Then when a mom from my kids school called saying she was picking stuff up I was excited to find out it was walk in. I saw reviews saying that you had to take a clipboard and write things down; now it is pick things up and scan at the front. Yes a number of things seem like things you can get from a particular online company ... but I love that we can come here, look at the things and if we only need a few things not have to meet a certain amount to get free shipping. Its a great place to get things for parties, school events, Fish Extenders/Pixie dust on cruises. They have a whole area for ducks you can get for your Jeep owners or Cruise fans!

It seemed like he often got a lot of people coming in just to see what the store was about and it was not what I was expecting! He basically has miniature models of scenes that you can paint to create your own world for a game (the name escapes me), but it seemed to be a very customizable hobby. He had a few regulars and coworkers in there with him and they were all nice and introduced themselves as well. All in all, seemed like a very chill place and could be where you pick up your next hobby!
