The owner called us and told us we were 10 minutes late getting back on the bus so we could be home "on time". The bus was dirty, we paid for unlimited sodas and waters that we NEVER received, the door had no hand rail to help get on/off the bus, driver was new to Indianapolis and had no idea where he was going or how to Google it. As of this post, still have no response or resolution from the company. My suggestion, go with another company and read the reviews very closely!
