Not the best, not the worst. Clean enough and large but horrible staffing issues and overall lack of support. The play structure I was told (9,11 & 12yr old) was pretty fun and I like that there was a smaller one for kids 5 and under as well as the big one. There is a variety of activities but all on the 'small' side and all cost extra. Eg mini gulf quite mini, 'arcade' 4 out of the 9 are out of order. Bowling is extra money as well. Extra 'adults' cost extra too. Severely understaffed, not enough help at the front or at the concession stand. Where it took 20mins to get a small very cold serving on fries and simple not very good sandwich. When returning the cold fries apologies were given that they would get hot ones out in 5mins and bring them to me. Over 10mins later we went to find out where they were and there sitting, getting cold were our fries with no employee to be seen. Not enough sitting for parents, many people standing or defensive over their tables/chairs to a point of yelling for their kids instead of risking losing there spot. Overall the kids all lost interest within a short period of time and at approx $44 (before extra cost games and food) it's not likely we will return any time in the near future. read more

I told myself that the last time would be "The last time", but a 5 year old wants what he wants and today he and his buddy really wanted to go to the play place by our house. Close and convenient for me, but today was the last time I will walk in the door. I have gone here with my boy a couple of times and found it to be Sub-par for more than a couple of reasons. First of all - I can understand the "No outside food" rule- they want to make money just like everyone else, but the food is terrible and over priced. Seriously....how do you mess up a cup of black coffee!!!??? Easy fix, eat before you go and don't buy their food and all is good. That I can live with. Second - I can understand the "Kids must wear socks" rule - I think that that is a great idea to keep your kids feet at least a little cleaner, but whatever you do, don't think about their hands!!!!! BRING HAND SANITIZER!!!! Oh, and make sure that they don't touch their face. The place really smells!!!! In all fairness, if you put a bunch of sweaty kids in a room and it is bound to have a sent, but WOW it is bad in there. It smells like someone peed in the ball pit!!! On top of everything else, it just "feels" plain old dirty from the second that you walk in the door to the point that, as and adult, you don't want to touch anything. I could even live with that - kids are gross, especially little boys!!! They get dirty all of the time, but there are limits to what you want to expose them to. One more note one the "Socks" rule. There is a sign that clearly states that they would prefer that you don't wear your outdoor shoes. Perfectly understandable!!! Who wants muddy, dirty, wet boots traipsing all over the carpet where kids are running all over the place, but god forbid...... DON'T BRING SLIPPERS FROM HOME!!!!!!!! You see, I don't walk around my own house in socks. I will either be barefoot or in slippers. I'm a fully all grown up 300lbs 42 year old man and I feel that it would be perfectly reasonable for me to bring slippers....nope!!! The staff will look at you like you just walked into their house and kicked their dog. This was today and the reason that I walked out. I'm just glad that I had not paid yet. Third - The staff.......I would like to give the staff a piece of, hopefully, useful advice- IF YOU HATE KIDS, DON'T WORK IN A PLACE FULL OF KIDS!!!!! You would think that this is self explanatory, but apparently it is not. It is exceedingly easy, simply don't give a kid a filthy disgusted look for running around screaming like a nutcase when you cater to a demographic that run around screaming like little nutcases. The kids won't notice, but I notice!!!!!! For that matter, I'll take it one step further.... IF YOU HATE PEOPLE IN GENERAL, DON'T WORK IN CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I don't mean to be rude, but come on!!!!!! Don't look at me like I'm interrupting your work when I need assistance.........I AM YOUR WORK!!!!!! In the end.....skip that noise and go to that other place near by. I don't want to say the name of the place, but it starts with a "T" ends with a "K' and the middle rhymes with "ommy". They cost more and have all of the same rules, but actually seem to like people and don't get bent out of shape if you want to wear your slippers. read more

Great play structure and the staff was friendly. They have terrible coin rides with no regulations therefore they end up covered in out of control children climbing all over them. Cleaning products are good but not so good when left in the open where children can easily access them in a space where they are supposed to be safe and secure. This place is a disgrace and a huge disappointment. The hot dog platter that costs $25 is 10 microwave burned hot dogs in a bun with packets of relish, mustard and ketchup. The toddler area is not cleaned properly and most of the toys are old and broken. Most of the arcade games were "out of order" (only three worked when we were there), so was the carousel and the tiger. None of the arcade games are in English so you're guessing what you need to press. Bowling mechanism is broken and will stop returning balls at some point. Also randomly picks up the pins during the games the kids play. Mini-golf is three rooms painted dark with a black light to make things glow on the walls. The prices for packages seem pretty reasonable... But once they count in the food and drinks ($20 for a pitcher of coffee, $25 for a platter of microwave hotdogs, $11 for a pitcher of ice tea etc) you end up paying just as much as you would in any other place, for not even quarter of the fun for the kids. Personally we will never come back and or recommend this place to anyone. Quite the opposite. Do not waste your time or money on this place. read more

We've been regular customers here for the past year and couldn't be more impressed with this facility! This is the best and safest place to take my kids (2, 5 & 9) to burn off energy. The seating area can get quite chaotic on really cold/rainy weekend days, so we often come during the week and it's perfect for parents to sit and talk while the kids play. They've finally repaired their arcade games and got loads of new ones that only take 1 or 2 quarters each, so my kids can stay entertained for hours without emptying my wallet. Make sure you ask for a loyalty card, it's saved us so much money! Overall lot's of fun, great staff, and super clean facility! Recommend to everyone I know. read more

This is probably the WORST indoor playground I have been too , it was not just the facility it was the staff ! You are NOT allow to bring outside food in , even if your kids have food allergies as mine do , and you are NOT allowed to go out and get food , and come back in , you then have to pay again ! We had checked the website and it only says one place you are not allowed outside food , but when you arrive there are signs EVERYWHERE ! They offer a small café with sandwiches, hot dogs & French fries , and when I explained both my kids can not eat the food they offer , she proceeded to tell me that they could eat the hot dog with no bun , and maybe a banana ! She then proceeded to go on and tell me about nutrition and that it was not a big deal if they only ate the food once in a while ! So later I had brought an apple with me , I decided to eat it , she came over and demanded to know where I got the apple and if I bought it there ! On top of all that nonsense , when the friends that I was with ordered food , it took 45 mins to get a plate of French fries ! Its $10.95 to get in , $4.95 per game of the smallest glow in the dark mini putt course I have ever seen ! It literally took the kids under 5 minutes to complete. There is mini bowling , again an extra charge , for very lame bowling. The kids like the indoor structure , but I will NEVER go back there again because of the lack of understanding of kids with food allergies and the rude treatment I received. I attended Fun N More for a birthday party. My kids are 5 and 8. They were bored. Most of the fun activities cost extra. More than 50% of the video games and rides were broken. My friend was charged for the 2 teenagers she brought to help supervise the kids. Like a 15 year-old chasing a crying kid is having fun! Not impressed. The staff seemed not to care. I even had to ring a bell and wait 5 min for a staff member so I could order a cup of very bad coffee. I will not be back. read more

The building itself is clean and it's a good space for smaller children, 6 and under although the staff is not friendly at all and not accommodating and parking is awful! Absolutely no food or drink outside food and drink allowed which I do understand the reasoning but they offer no options for children who have allergies at the food area so the children who have any food intolerance must go outside to the locker area and eat their lunch. Even after explaining the situation to the staff I was told that if my children brought their snack in then other parents would lie and say that their children have allergies just to bring outside food in. To top it off we were the only people there. This will be the last time coming here. They do have a coupon for admit on for free but without that it's not worth it. Agree with the other reviews. Still under construction? It's been a month since the other reviews. Drywall mud and touch ups are everywhere. Not hard work, things that could be easily fixed in a day with some effort. 3/10 machines are out of order, all video games are hilariously out of date. Like yellowing TV screens old. Half of the time attack room doesn't work including exposed wires hanging out of the wall on one of the switches. Mini golf is very small and costs extra. Play structure is fine, not great. 4 and under need to be taken through the big area by an adult. I took my daughter through and ended up breaking my foot....its for kids. Not adults. Keep it that way! It's also boring. Not even a slide for the older kids. Won't ever go back. read more

We had my sons birthday party here and was absolutely disappointed with the entire experience. I was expecting a care free party as we should have just had to show up and enjoy our sons party with our family and friends but instead we had a much different experience. For starters it was completely disorganized and unprofessional. We were told our room was ready 15 minutes early which was nice but when we got in the room it was empty. We didn't have staff in the room to help with anything and the cake along with plates and cutlery was not in the room. Myself and 3 other of my family/friends had to run out of the room over 5 times to grab the cakes, plates and cutlery, the drinks, and a knife. I was extremely upset with it all as I ended up having to leave so many times I missed most of my sons birthday party that I can never get back and did not get to see if he was having fun or even get any photos of the day. And if that wasn't enough....the staff came in at 430 (we were scheduled to have the room from 4-5pm) and said our half hour was up. I told the lady that we were told we got the room for an hour...which is clearly stated on their website and she then walked away. When we confronted the manager about it, she didnt say much however she didn't charge us the full amount. They just didn't charge us for all the kids however I still think we paid to much for how bad our experience was. We will definitely not be having any other parties there and will be letting our friends and family know as well that this venue is not ideal for parties in the future. read more

We did a bday party just in October 2014, will never go back, as already mentioned, once your in you have to pay for the little other games, some are just out of order, the food, i get it you have to buy theirs but the pizza's were disgusting. The complimentary water jug comes with no cups, so why even offer. There was way too many kids in that place then more likely allowed and only counted 4 staff members. We seen a kid from another bday (can tell by the bracelet) almost exit the place on their own. It took us 15 minutes to purchase extra juice boxes and you only have the room for one hour. Also the way they set up the bins to place bday presents, well we know 100% that one of the presents that my daughter received walked away before she got it. NEVER will i attend that place again. And if my friends kid has a bday, i will be certain to stay since its def a safety issue there leaving your kids behind. read more
