She put the needle in and out several times. She also shoved the needle all the way in to the plastic. She then wiggled it from side to side. Before this happened I asked her not to dig around. She dug. There is so much more. She then wanted to do my other arm. I said no. I did something I never do I left. My arm is bruised. I see two holes in the same area . She must have pulled it all the way out and stuck it in again. Worse experience ever.

We then were followed into a treatment room by Colin PA, who immediately examined my daughter and reviewed with us the plan of care . Colin was very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. She then proceeded to have an X-ray and within minutes we had results . Our discharge instructions were given by Sherry RN, another friendly, smiling staff member. From start to finish, we were our way home in less than 1 hour. Fantastic job to everyone at Fulton Urgent Care! I will definitely recommend your facility!

The few times I've visited for myself or for other people the staff were all over the place. Nobody was on the same page. Each time the staff would come in with no real information and made no real attempt to inform the patient of any news updating them on their situation. I've waited in an almost completely empty emergency room before for over four hours with no information on when I'd be seen or how long the wait could possibly be. I just wish that this hospital had more updated systems and a more friendly and productive staff.

He basically laughed at me wondering why I thought I might have a blood clot and then went on to laugh at me for taking vitamins and supplements and said I was wasting my money. Ummm...mind your own business? The second time I saw an NP, who was professional and took care of the issue. The third time a saw a PA who pretty much dismissed what I was there for and did not address the issue. Thankfully I was able to see my doctor shortly after that who did scan the area to see what was actually going on. So a mixed bag when it comes to doctors/NP's/PA's. It's not like I like to be at the ER late at night when I could be in bed at home. I went because I felt like I actually had an issue. Additionally, I'm self-pay. So if it was nothing I would obviously wait to see my doctor for $100 rather than go to the ER at least $1000 a pop every time I go.

The location is always clean and well staffed. It's easy to run across to Wegmans to pick up a prescription right after an appointment if meds are needed. The staff have all been lovely. I've had to bring both my daughters in- one is an infant one a pre-K child. My 5 year old had the flu and they were so warm and caring and she barely cried. It's so nice to have them right down the street. The hours are super convenient open 7 days a week. Most recently I got a COVID antibody test here which was quick and easy. The Icee machine is a nice touch. I highly recommend them.

Please be Aware, that Well Now is acting under shady insurance practices. Billing people without sending claims to insurance companies. Having you sign , while under duress, without your knowledge, to consent to auto bill charges. When on numerous calls with my insurance company and a Well Now billing agent, was asked point blank "why" ?? they do not have an answer. They fumble with words, and shrug off responsibilities.

I was upset when I realized this. Dr. Federico stated he didn't know why she put me on it because my thyroid was just a bit off. It is now better via changing my diet. I haven't had any issues with him. He doesn't pressure you to take an rx. I don't want to find myself on six rxs, so he honors that. The staff in the office are great too. I usually don't have to wait long once I'm there. The only issue is they don't have enough staff to answer the phones, so you won't likely get a person on the phone. You have to leave a message. I'm assuming because their costs are lower they can't afford to have the additional reception staff to handle the phones. I just go in person and make my next appointment while I'm there. I'm not a sickly person who has to run to the doctor often, so Compassionate Care works good for me. Having Saturday hours is a major plus. I will continue to keep going.

Granting an extra as we only waited 1.5 hours and the PA was fantastic. Drive out there (which is 30 minutes away) and sign on door....CLOSED, sorry for the inconvenience. If you can't be open your scheduled hours then change your hours so people who are feeling unwell to begin with aren't wasting their time coming there to be turned away.
