There was a member who cut in line to put her name on an aquafit class signup sheet that already had ten members signing up for which was all that was allowed. He basically allowed this and cut me from the class while I was in the pool waiting for the class to start. He knew the lady was coming for the class as she had called to say she wanted to attend the class. To deescalate the problem Johnathan should have told the ten people waiting that someone would be bumped from the class instead he said I don't decide who gets into the class I just drop the sheet and all of you decide who gets into the class. So the lady arrives five minutes before the signup sheet gets dropped on the counter and she grabs the sheet that was intended for the tenth attendee to sign. Very childish behaviour from a Manager who should have told the member she was too late to sign up as there was already ten people in the class. Once again, Johnathan, you failed to be a responsible Manager and failed to treat all acquifit members respectfully. You really need to take a course on how to conduct yourself professionally and how to handle oncoming conflicts. Removing someone from a class does not solve the problem. And then saying that all early arrival aquafit attendees are taking up space and shouldn't arrive early just to get a spot in line for the class.

You'll have to ask Scott or Mike if they will credit you 2 months but I doubt it". They also would not honour my mask exemption. Wayne proudly told me how he called the police on a client yesterday who was "trespassing" because they refused to wear a mask, and he would do the same to me if I "break the law" as well. Absolutely disgusted even more by this gym and the staff who are clueless to the actual law. Mask exemptions are mentioned within the mask bylaw and threatening to call the police on a paying client who cannot wear a mask is a waste of the police's time. I will use the rest of my membership (a couple more weeks) then I will go elsewhere. Extremely disappointed as I went into the gym today hoping to extend my membership but instead walked out knowing I'll never give them another dollar.

The member began approaching me while I am working out, unprovoked, and made demands such as asking me to turn off a fan "because it was making her cold". The last straw was when this member approached me while I was lifting weights, asking me to move. I ignored her as I was working out with my AirPods in my ears, and figured she'd get the hint. Instead, she took it upon herself to move my weights herself, and began working out within arms reach of me, meanwhile the entire gym was empty. I moved my weights back, then she pushed them onto the floor. The entire encounter was captured on the gym's video cameras. When I brought this to the owners attention, he did nothing, and instead allowed her to continue working out without addressing her inappropriate behaviour. This is a serious safety issue and borders on harassment. Anyway, if you go to this gym, don't be surprised if you are approached by a rude member, then when you complain to the owner, he will proceed to do absolutely nothing. Very disappointed in how this owner refuses to address serious conduct issues by members, so I'll be taking my workouts elsewhere.

You can do your own thing when you're there which I like, and no body bugs you. They don't have a sauna, I don't believe, and I never showered there. What I really enjoyed was all the equipment. I called it a playground for adults.
