It was fine, pretty decent w lots of space, seems like it's part of the chain similar to crunch fitness (whenever I see Hoist machines it's a dead giveaway). But besides that 4 platforms in the back were in good shape, all the equipment was in decent working order (2-3 were down but there was another one to replace it). Was in town for the weekend and got a 24hr pass for 2 days - leg day 1 and chest second. Leg day 3/5 - it was fine, racks were good, leg press was good (two options, normal gravity rail fed and other Atlantis one picture below) Chest day 3/5 - standard bench setup, people don't rerack their weights so you need to hunt - hard to find 45s. Standard far away cable setup. Why no one has close dual stack adjustable cables is beyond me. Bathrooms 3/5 - fine not fancy Staff 4/5 - friendly but didn't interact too much Has a women's only area Cardio - plentiful, stair masters, tread and ellipticals I'm giving it 4 overall once it was cheap but the no chalk or grunting is disappointing- can't deadlift here - bumpers are massive and can only load 4 on each side and no chalk is a bummer read more

Great place. Well maintained. They have all the equipment and machines for fitness and training. Staff are very reliable so if theres an issue just message them. If you need cardio they have a basketball court. Great way to target weight loss stay fit and maintain your physique. Gym goers are friendly, just find a buddy! read more

Honestly your getting what your paying for the only reason I go to this gym is because it's 24 hours not really on weekends it's closed early same hours as goodlife, but half the price. And is closer to my work and home that is the only reason I come here but I'm paying for what I'm getting a cheap gym that doesn't really care about there customers or equipment or facility. Smell is tolerable but can be stinky I just try not to let it bother me. If you haven't signed up and can afford a little more try goodlife or I heard LA fitness in Niagara Falls is worth the drive they close at 11 PM weekdays but a lot nicer and cleaner. read more

If you are looking for a gym where you will enjoy getting a good workout, stay away from the World Gym's in St.Catharines and Niagara Falls. You can tell the owner doesn't care about the people - rules, rules, rules - changing day to day! If you say a word, they cancel your membership. Equipment is old and not maintained - you can tell as soon as you use it. Because fees are cheap, it is very crowded most of the time and you find a lot of people who like to start using a piece of equipment and then sit there for another 20 minutes playing with their phone! Lockers and showers are a joke! Worst run gyms I have ever seen! Better to pay a few bucks more and get something you can enjoy. read more

Decent size gym with lots of equipment. Pretty state of the art. Very busy at times where you can't even exercise because everything is being used (generally between 4-9pm). For only $10 it's a great deal for a second membership. I got the $20/month so I can bring a guest everytime or use their other locations while I travel for work. They claim to be a 24 hour gym. Yet they are only open 24hrs for 3 out of 7 days a week!! hardly 24 hours. Especially when they close early on weekends. All in all if you are serious about fitness I would stay away unless you want a cheap secondary gym where you can squeeze in a quick workout while your out of town. read more

never join this gym they are thieves i stayed on for my contract and cancelled my membership as soon as my contract was complete they continued to take money out for there 60 day notice policy and then continued to take money after wards i had to physically put a stop on my account and now they are trying to take 530 dollars more from a credit collector even after numerous conversations with these idiots on the phone i put forward a complaint to the better buisness bureau and will continue to wait for resolution so others will not be taken advantage of by these ridiculous companies. read more

I absolutely love this gym! Everyone is very friendly, everything is ALWAYS organized and clean. Amazing price you cannot beat 10 dollars a month and even 20 dollars for VIP. I signed up in February and since that date you have not been able to get my payment information in your system correctly. I brought in a VOID CHECK and your manager kept trying to blame the bank. Last month I walk in and get stopped saying I owe $115 as my information is provided was I correct. Again this is a VOID CHECK. I ask for a manage to call to make sure everything is cleared up, I didn't get a call so I called in and spoke with a male manager who assured me it was all taken care of. Just pay at the counter next time ur in. OK I did that. Today I get a call from a female manager... your payment information is incorrect and you'll need to fix it next time ur in i tell her its a VOID CHECK she says maybe your bank got a number wtong, after explaing what a VOID CHECK is she finally got it and i was told as a courtesy I have waived the NSF. Excuse me maam it is not a curiosity to me that you have cleared up YOUR mistake! That NSF is not there due to me it's do to your staff leaving out a zero the first then putting in a 6 the second time! No no no that is not a curtosey!! What would be a curtosey to me is get the issued fixed (I was old it will be for sure again) and waive this payment for all of my inconvenience and embarrassment! Oh well don't do that I was told. Are you kidding me?! There's no one else I can talk to! There's nothing you can do? Come on! There were so many things wrong! Not once was there ownership taken for YOUR staffs mistakes, no apology the blame was placed on me and my bank. You really should teach your staff about sympathy and ownership!
