It's true that the building itself isn't open except by appt. with individual artists and for special events like this past June's Art at the Source Open Studios. The next big event for Atelier One will be their 30th Anniversary celebration on Sept. 30th and Oct. 1st 2017. It's an intriguing and wonderful place to visit--a historic old apple processing building that now provides studios for a diverse group of artists and craftspeople. Franklin & Walking Liberty halves, tons of vintage magazine ads all organized like albums in a record store. Jewelry, toys, dolls, furniture, phones, cameras & lenses... I'm guessing the space is around 6,000 square feet including the upstairs. I love the spaciousness in their new location and although they can get busy, the aisles are large and accommodating. Everything is well organized, and their prices are very reasonable.
