A BIG thank you to everyone here at Car Max in Easton. Big shout out to JOSH & HUNTER and CESAR,…read moreI'm def not the easiest to deal with. And they were beyond patient with me lol. They took care of everything. We had a few little hiccups. That was not there fault and they took care of every single one. Some times things aren't always perfect and they made sure it was perfect. From Trading in my Car to purchasing a new Tundra. They made the process so easy. I highly reccomend this dealer ship for there professionalism and help!!! Maciej

If I could give 6+ stars, I would…read more I recently bought a new car from this location and the process was the quickest and most simple experience I've ever had (after 6+ months of looking for cars and various dealers across PA and NJ). James was my sales associate and I can't speak highly enough about how thorough and prepared he was. After purchasing the car, I noticed a leftover residue on the trim (likely from the detailing process) and within an hour James had already coordinated a service/detail inspection and followed up with me several times prior to that appointment. At the time of my service/detail appointment, Ethan was fantastic, walking through all the steps/process and keeping me updated of their plan. Rather than keeping me sitting around the waiting room, they got my lyfts to and from my home and continued to check in with me (even as far as sending me photos of the repair itself)! When I came to pick up the car, they inspected the repair with me to make sure I didn't have any other concerns, and went as far as to take my car through the car wash and top off with gas before I left, which I have never had a dealership (private or corporate) do before. Additionally, as part of my Maxcare plan, the repair was covered with no cost to me. I have owned cars through Carmax before from different locations, but they (and other local dealers) should take note of their commitment to customer service, hospitality, and going above and beyond. Truly could not have made any of the car buying and service repair any easier, and thankful to both James and Ethan for going a step above.

I originally came to write a 5 star review of Highline Imports. Last Saturday I went with my mother…read moreand significant other to drive a few cars we had seen online. My mother is looking to replace her high mile SAAB 9-5 with a BMW, Volvo, or Audi. Highline won points because they were a reasonable distance for all of us to drive in order to get a chance to check out a variety of models we would be considering. Sy Brown greeted us when we walked in, even though he was at the desk with other customers. We freshened up and waiting in the 'showroom' (read: warehouse that they keep the 'exotics' in--mainly Porsche cabriolets). Sy got to us in a reasonable time and we talked about what my mother was looking for. We asked to drive a few different cars and he was quite amenable. The road is not the best to test drive as there are police and many blind curves, but that is expected in that area of Pennsylvania. The cars were okay, but almost all of them clearly needed some work. Considering the condition, they were priced on the high side. Easily, all of the cars need $500-1000 worth of work out of the gate, but they almost all looked like they came with at least a 30 day warranty. Given the nature of the inventory, mostly late-model European cars, and the presentation of the dealership, it was unnerving that the cars were all priced high for the condition, and that the staff did not posses the breadth of knowledge one would expect. Sy would check in with us between driving different things but when my mother asked about how good Volvos were in the snow he told us that his Audi was much better and not to consider Volvos as good snow cars...HUH!? This raised a red flag considering Volvos have a good reputation for being snow-worthy cars. We left happy that we had driven a variety of BMWs and Volvos (Audis were quickly ruled out for us), and that Sy was very nice to deal with an not pushy at all. That said, I just cannot justify paying a premium for their cars unless they had something super rare and it was exactly what we were looking for. Lastly, if they had a deeper knowledge of the cars and their features, I would have been impressed. I fear that had we bought a car, the delivery would have been lacking and I would have been left to explain a lot to my mother.

We have now purchased two BMW's from Peter and Sean at Highline Imports. Absolutely loved our…read morefirst BMW, and went back to Highline for our second. They are low pressure, very helpful, and they made sure the car was serviced and ready to go for my wife and kids. We will be back again.

When I first started coming here, the front desk staff was always friendly, welcoming, and professional. Four years ago, I met Amine, the owner, who was extremely friendly and efficient. He completed my inspection quickly, I tipped him generously, and I referred multiple people because of the consistently positive experience. Unfortunately, my most recent visit was very disappointing and completely different from what I had come to expect. The front desk attendant was extremely unprofessional, rude, and acted as though she were the owner. She initially stated that inspections were paused because Amine was on lunch and told me to return in thirty minutes. When I returned, inspections were already underway, with customers who had been waiting earlier still present. When I greeted Amine, he acted as though he did not recognize me and simply told me to park my vehicle. After I provided my insurance and registration, his son pointed out that my vehicle had tints. The front desk attendant then took control of the conversation, held onto my documents, and stated that my vehicle could not pass inspection unless she removed the tints. I clearly told her that she was not permitted to touch my vehicle. She insisted on removing the tints from my vehicle. When I explained that Amine had passed my vehicle with tints for years, she dismissed the explanation, cited the law, and continued speaking as though she was in charge. Amine was not available to address the situation directly. I ultimately chose to leave and take my business elsewhere, where my inspection was completed without an issue. My frustration is not with changing regulations, but with the lack of communication, consistency, and respect shown to a long time paying customer. I traveled an hour from another county specifically to support this business based on years of loyalty. If policies have changed, that conversation should come directly from the owner. This place is in need of better staffing and customer communication. You have lost a long time customer.
