I have been a customer with Fullnet for over three years now and I question myself every day on this decision. We had the $29.95 per month wireless package. When the internet worked, it was good although the speed was not that great. I understand that the package size did not make for a high speed. What was horrible, however, and the reason for such a low score was the loss of connection for no reason. I have continuously had my internet go "orange light" and no internet connection found on me during many an important time. This would not sting so bad except that this happened on a regular basis. Upon calling, they were always friendly, but insisted that it was my equipment that was faulty since it was fine on their end. Three routers and numerous trips-at forty dollars a piece-later to my home, nothing was ever truly fixed. I do believe that after three years of being a loyal customer would account for something. Sadly, it did not. The nights I spent at Denny's turning in homework cost me gas, food, and headache pills on top of the money I spent to have a connection that did not work. I write this review at my local college as we speak because the internet was cancelled today. In conclusion, run-don't walk-away from Fullnet before you get sucked in. read more
