My experience with FMPT the past 3 times I've been for various physical needs was great. So when I learned my wife's insurance assigned her here, I was so happy. She's been suffering from sciatica for months and then she had foot surgery on top of that which made it a hundred times worse. I was sitting next to her when she made the appointment over the phone about a week ago. I entered her appointment in my phone and the countdown began for this big day, the day we'd both hoped would be the start of her healing. When she arrived for her 1pm appointment early at their request to fill out paperwork, the doors were locked. When they opened up the door and she walked in, they tried telling her the appointment was yesterday, which was total BS. I heard them say Thursday. Now she has to wait yet ANOTHER week for her next appointment. read more

The San Clemente team welcomed me with open arms and did a full assessment and included my personal goals. I broke my plateau tibia and finally got approved to have bearing weight PT. I could have gone to a much closer location but their care quality is exceptional and realistic progression. Every week my ROM is stronger and I always look forward to the next session. I may not be able to bike yet but I am now confident I will achieve that goal with Devin's direction. read more

Don't go any place else for physical therapy. I went to a place in Newport Beach and it was not a good fit. No personalized attention. The PT was dealing with three other people. Had to move on. Since I've been at Full Motion Physical Therapy with Matt, I'm getting exceptional care and healing. Best place to go to get exceptional service attention. Won't go any place else. read more

I had an appointment to get a balance and weight bearing exercise program to help with my osteoporosis. A lady named Stuti did my evaluation and started me on an exercise program. She was extremely knowledgeable and really listened to my concerns and provided excellent one on one counseling and an exercise regime tailored to my needs. Had an appointment for 7am, showed up at 6:50 no one was there, door locked until I finally had to leave for work at 7:30. Called to leave a voicemail hoping for a call back. I had to call an hour and a half later only to have someone not give two sh**s about the fact they stood me up and proceeded to tell me someone WAS there at 7am. Door was locked no answer when I knocked and no answer when I called. Not only that the physical therapists are so bootleg it's disgusting. No care for me personally can't speak on anyone else's experience but you really feel like this place does not care whatsoever. read more

It was disappointing having Cameron treat me as a patient. The only time he worked with me, touching or assisting me with my back injury was my first visit to therapy. After that, he sat behind the laptop typing notes for every session. I was never given any treatments for pain reduction or management (other than a heating pad ).The most disppointing session was our last one when he said to me, "I'm not sure what to do with you". I am a clinician and I would never say that to a patient. And with that, since he didn't know what to 'do with me', I never went back. read more

Super cool place to get well and treated professionally but fun. FullMotion is operated very efficient and you can expect full attention the whole 60 minutes. I like that FullMotion allows me to keep my time management because the session en time is predictable. Not over crowded but just right amount of people. NoMotion Physical Therapy, the real name of this establishment are only Full of themselves. Attending NoMotion twice a week for a month for a Grade 1 hamstring tear changed to a Grade 2 hamstring tear. I would have to credit my injury mostly to lack of care by the staff. I will apprise three rules that were as broken as the printer from the classic movie, The Office Space. Rule No. 1: Stay away from the gun!! There is a big silver gun there that's applied electromagnetic pressure and relief only briefly though, they did it over my back and both my legs..... can you guess where I have pain now? I believe Lack of Motion Physical Therapy missed the training session on how to use a high power device on human muscles. Rule No.2: You probably can't stretch a hamstring if you can't get to it! I travel to a much more professional physical therapy office, that is also in town here and they come to tell me I have hip astringent, so there's no possible to way to strengthen my hamstring unless you loosen up the hips. Full Motion says, "Keep going with you hamstring exercises and try to take small steps" I may have been advised to take small steps but it was a big step to leave this treatment and it was the right one. Rule No. 3 - When PT therapist goes on vacation for a week, office leaves you hanging with no appointment til she gets back An ongoing three month injury now, doctors are saying it will take three more months now. Thank you for restricting my Motion Physical Therapy, I think I can handle it from here after receiving Trochanteric Bursitis, I will stay away from this PT office and it might be some time before I can trust these places all together. read more

Yesterday I started my first outpatient, physical therapy at Full Motion following my total knee replacement 6 weeks ago. Initially my insurance company had authorized me to go to a different facility in Lake Forest and I refused to go because 1) I had a very negative experience there several years ago and 2) their Yelp rating was only 2 stars which confirmed to me that their service had not improved. I refused to waste my time and risk receiving sub-standard care as my future ability to walk without limping or risk developing scar tissue and the complications that entails. It took nearly three weeks for my insurance to switch me to Full Motion. "Would my determination to have the best P/T possible worth going 3 weeks without any P/T going to be worth it in the end" I wondered? Five minutes into my session with Josh, I had my answer and it was a resounding, "Yes!" Josh began with nearly 15 minutes of massaging and manipulating my frozen kneecap. It was uncomfortable, of course, but the scar tissue had to be broken up. He knew what he was doing and kept this 64 year old woman engaged in a fun two way conversation that took my mind off the work he was doing to my knee. My surgeon had recommended that I massage the scar area as despite the removal of exterior staples, there remained internal stitches that required massage in order to dissolve quickly. It was easier for me to have a professional like Josh do the work as I was too squeamish to do it myself. He spent about 50 minutes giving me his complete attention and customizing my exercises to suit my tolerance and ability. You would think I was a wealthy Hollywood star paying big bucks for the hands-on I was given rather than an aging lady with cheap Medicare HMO insurance coverage. Afterwards Deidra attended to my 10 minute icing of my knee. Kindness combined with competence was my experience at this five star physical therapy location. I highly recommend Full Motion and Josh in particular to anyone who desires full recovery from surgery or injuries! read more

Cameron was such a professional and really knew how to help me strengthen and regain the flexibility in my broken ankle. He was supportive when I needed it but pushed me to work at recovering full mobility and balance. Easy to schedule appointment. Flexible on days and times. They did need to reschedule my appointment and left a message at my home. I didn't get the message since I was at work and showed up to the office and the front office staff was accommodating and still got us in to see a physical therapist that same day. Wait time was slim. My daughter loved the therapist and enjoyed this facility more than the previous pt she had been sent to which was more driven to the elderly and shes only 13.
