This company lied to me about returns. I had to return Christmas gifts and they would not honor the exchange. People order early and made believe they would honor exchanges. Our winter had people snowed in for days and could not return items. They want to give me a gift card to order at @59.00 each and not the @19.00 sell price I got when I bought Christmas presents. My family has no Christmas present yet. They sent the ones back that I was told to send to them with the correct size I needed. Another lie. I resent them because the office in Tdxas told me to and that was when I received the gift card. If I ever get it straight it will be a miracle. Beware of this company. read more

They are scammers...run! Received a letter stating they were owed $118+ for a failed PayPal transaction. Said order already mailed and I needed to contact them and give them my credit card. Ok, who ever sends merchandise without clearing payment first? NO ONE! I visited their site, placed items in the basket but when I saw the outrageous shipping fee I backed out of site, never completing order. They can pound sand! I will be reporting to BBB as well as FTC. read more

Garbage customer service, questionable quality clothing. Bought a robe in December and it was almost 6" off advertised measurements. Exchanged and after waiting 10 weeks for a backorder, I got the wrong size AND it shredded to threads at the seams in less than 3 days. Third try, now they want me to pay up front for the replacement or wait two weeks for it to "process" and then refund it to a gift card. Customer service is rude and talks over the top of you, doesn't pay attention at all, and even argues with you about why you called. I finally told them to get f****d, cancel the order, and refund the money to the card. 0/10, save the stress and go to DXL, they carry real clothes. read more

I received a notice stating I carried an outstanding balance of $33.22 because a PayPal transaction failed - a first. I checked my account order history at Woman Within and found no listing of anything ordered for that amount. Next was inspection of my saved order confirmation folder in emails; again, nothing. Also reviewed my PayPal history, and was unable to verify WW's claim of a failed transaction. I finally called, wanting to know what the item was, for which they requested payment. I asked "What item is this charge for?" I was told they did not have that information. Until someone can specifically tell me what it is I'm being expected to submit a payment for, I'm withholding the submission. I'm 75, going through chemo for metastatic colon cancer, and I am in no mood to be jerked around. And please, if customer service is outsourced offshore to save a nickel, make sure the agents speak English sufficiently accent-free as to be understandable. Geez. read more

Let tell you my story - I order a pair shoe for my mom - 79.99 plus air shipping 40.98 2-3 days it claimed on there site - order it on Dec 26 it now Jan 02 - firstly they claim they don't ship on saturday or sunday no where on there site states anywhere - secondly I contact DHL and DHL claim they never sent it Fullbeauty never shipped - shipping label was created - but nothing was ever sent - I spent over 130.00 - in addition they are claim they won't provide a refund 35 day after I purchase - because they can't figure out if the item was shipped or not. They literally don't know there head from their ass. Shittiest company deal - don't purchase anything from them - customer useless, management - anyone that works there is useless. The company that only cares about making money and doesn't care about their customers. I've seen it with my own eyes. I had worked there before and trust me they don't give a shit about their customers. Only sell sell sell, sell addons, sell gift cards, sell a 20% customers choice, sell the credit cards, sell members rewards program. Pour customers want to buy what they want and that's it. Associate's are obligated to sell you everything. It's a shame that still are thousands of people still shopping there and getting incorrect orders, not getting packages on time, charging way to much for shipping and on top having to pay for returns If you want to fight to the cause; call and order and tell the representative that you don't want any offers at all. And if you want to ask only for 1 item and get everything else with an additional discount and don't take any offers for the rewards membership. It's all a scam to get more money if you. Bought 4 items, exchanged 2 for bad fit, obnoxious colors, cheap material, bad fabric printing. Kept exchanged items. Both Roamans and Woman Within promised shipping refunds, but only Roamans honored that promise while Woman Within denied it and tried to make it my fault. (Their policy from their website is: "We are happy to process an exchange at no additional shipping expense..."). By making this a separate transaction they can still charge you shipping--they just promise to return it in some complicated way and then they just don't. Phone access was extremely difficult--lots of hangups, sudden transfers, accents, and rudeness. No apologies--ever. One of the items I bought looks like its not holding up well after the first washing. Afraid to wash the others. In my experience you may be lucky the first time, with a relatively trouble-free order, but if you keep shopping there its inevitable you will have a problem. They are hurting their own business by making it so difficult to buy anything there, and sometimes even disturbing (Rudeness, ridiculous amounts of time on the phone, being ripped off and lied to). Coupons have no expiration date on them for a reason! Question: If their clothes were really so great, would they need to resort to bait and switch, deception, over-charging, withholding promised refunds and reduced access to make enough money? Hmmm. The pictures are beautiful but the experience is ugly. Here's a thought--go to a thrift store-you'll find a lot of their clothes there. read more

I bought a pair of New Balance shoes and wanted "free" shipping since the shipping cost $26 (seems overprices). To get "free" shipping, I had to sign up for something that would charge me about $15 a month according to the the fine print that most people wouldn't notice. This is UNETHICAL!! I tried to cancel my order and like others could not cancel it. One more thing. The package arrived sealed but the box was damaged and had been taped together which means it was done by King Size [Rip Off]. At least the shoes fit and weren't worn or damaged. King Size [Rip Off] keep the $26. Lesson learned. I learned not to trust you and will never do business with you again. read more

Absolute worst customer service. I ordered from them in 4/2021. Received someone else's order 5/21. I was told I would have a full refund. So far they refunded $9.82 and $7.50 - I'm still owed $14.32 and get nothing but a run around after NUMEROUS phone calls- transferred numerous times to other people who can't help me. Its been over 2 months and they say they refunded my money back to my account which is untrue! STILL WAITING ON THAT REFUND. If I could give negative stars I sure would UPDATE: contacted corporate phone number - finally received my refund read more

Been 10 days since I placed my order and it has not shipped...again. Of course they are hiding behind Covid as their reason, but everyone else is back to business. They have always sucked, just now they have an new excuse. They don't even offer a way to contact them anymore as their chat is always out of commission. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Placed an order on the phone, they shipped to my old address, then kept hanging up on me when I tried to get it corrected. I finally got a person on the phone and was told it was a web order. I have the phone records to prove it was placed on the phone which makes me believe their records were altered. I was also told I would be expected to pay for the order they shipped to the wrong address. I have been a customer for many years and now I will think twice before ordering from them again. Well first they say 2 weeks to receiver order and its been two weeks and still listed as "In Process" and "Not Shipped" . So I called to cancel and was sent around to 4 people who claim their system does not allow them to cancel orders. So and hour and a half on hold and still not allowed to cancel. The best I could do was to get them to take my whole order on return at no cost to me. The return label is supposed to be in the package and I can return it the day I get it. We'll see. I am not holding my breath. The customer reps are rude once you ask to cancel. read more

Sizing is inconsistent across same products, which means making returns which result in a partial refund. Worse, they are winging it on return/refund policy and after over a month I still wasn't refunded, and they gave me inconsistent stories as to why. One shirt purchase was good and fit as described, so I ordered more. The sizing was inconsistent, so at my expense, I returned the items. A month after tracking showed it had been returned, I emailed them to inquire. They relplied apologetic, said goods were received and they'll issue the refund in a few days, but nothing changed. I emailed again, and now they said it hadn't been received, still no partial refund and was referred to call customer service. I pointed out the conflicting stories and was subsequently issued a gift card for their store (not a refund) which leaves me with both a credit card bill to pay & a gift card. I have no intention of ordering again from their store because it is a costly gamble on product quality and inconsistent sizing AND they can't get their story straight. FAIL. read more

Worst online ordering system ever. On April 10 I ordered 20 shirts for 2 large employee's. I received 1 shit within a week, today I received an email saying the rest of the order has been discontinued! It took them a month to figure that out and notify me? Awful service.... read more

Forget about exchanges. They don't do exchanges. They process it as a return, deducting the return shipping charge from the credit(which takes 10 weeks). Then they will make a new purchase without using either the original promo code or the currant promo code or the promo code included on the exchange form filled in the blank for "Promo Code". If the item is on sale, they will still charge full price, plus new shipping charges. Never again. read more

Terrible. Catherines was a great store at one time that I frequented. Since they are online and merged with FullBeauty, I advise everyone to not shop from them. I ordered a black and white blouse and signed up for a Catherines credit card. What I received in the mail was a full length, bright green, velvet robe. I called and had a hard time understanding the agents and they were confused by me. It is not easy and very frustrating when a person on the other line is just doing their job from overseas. I get it that it's not their fault. It is this awful company's fault. Long story short, I had to wait for their return label to come in the mail and then I'd be refunded/credit on my card. This was done. The latest statement is telling me I owe more than what was originally paid because they added a late fee. I now owe for something that a mistake on Catherines' end. I am disputing this, but the hassle of talking and being transferred to may agents (some playing games telling me they could not hear me), my blood pressure is through the roof. I will never shop through any fullbeauty stores again. read more

BUYER BEWARE!! FullBeauty Brands has a 60 day return policy, I get that. They own Swim Suits for All, a seasonal purchase audience (and many other plus-size shopping .com's). Two things happened after I placed an order for 6 items at end of spring for summer use: I received a defective cover-up, the ties would not slide as described because one side was sewn over. I wore it in and discovered the garment was defective, 10 days after their 60 day policy. I was refused an exchange because I missed the time limit. In that same order, I discovered I had ordered two of the same tops. Even though the second item was unopened and unworn, because it was 10 days after their 60 day policy I was refused an exchange because I missed the time limit. I felt I had extenuating circumstances, due to medical conditions during that period (breast cancer and hysterectomy) that did prevent me from using the merchandise for such a long period of time. So I asked to speak to a supervisor and was again denied the exchanges. I highly recommend to everyone that reads this to fully steer clear of all purchases from the Fullbeauty Brands family due to this policy and their disregard for understanding 'life happens' and if you choose not to steer clear--be prepared to forfeit your funds if you are unhappy and understand that they do not care what your 'issue' is. They are especially known for their many online shopping venues, but all host the same return/exchange policy. Supposedly my order shipped, it just has not arrived on time. "Customer service" via chat says I have to wait two more days before it can even be researched. Then I either get my order refunded or they try to send it again. UNACCEPTABLE! Meanwhile, my order from Lane Bryant was placed, shipped and received.....for FREE. Once again Full Beauty brands is a disappointment. I am making sure to post my experiences on every platform possible since the last time I had a question (a MONTH ago) I still have yet to receive a response. Instead I got the same BS as here that response times are bad etc etc etc...except your competitors don't seem to have that problem do they? First and ONLY time customer of Brylane Homes. Placed order on 4/11, received order shipped email on 4/13 and FedEx tracking number provided. I check the tracking number and it says the label has been created but the package has not been received. Ok, cool. That's expected since its the same day. Fast forward to 7 days later and the status is the same. Label created but package has not been received. Silly me, I call Brylane Home. Why oh why did I do that? This is thee most dishonest company I've dealt with in awhile. I was told I have to wait 30 days before cancelling the order for a refund because they have to make sure the package isn't lost. Excuse me? The package is at the warehouse. FedEx did not lose the package. After explaining to the rep, what she is saying makes sense IF the package was given to FedEx, however, that's not the case here. I asked if there is anyone they can contact to confirm where the order is. Response: No. But yet they have already billed my card and I will have to pay for an item that they are just sitting on. Horrible customer service. I was told someone would call me to discuss the issue further. Here we are 2 days later and no call. Is anyone surprised? I'm not. What I am going to do, however, is dispute the charge on my card and write a review on any and all platforms available. Oh, did I tell you they tried to charge my card TWICE for the same order? That's a whole other long story, that finally got resolved TODAY. Please do yourself a favor and just skip past this company and all the ones affiliated with it. read more

This company is without a doubt the BEST at giving its customers the run around. Shipping rates are high, customer service is non-existent and the wait for packages is over 2 weeks. I called Woman Within to find out why shipping was taking so long. Passed around for 23 minutes. I called coprorate office of Full Beauty only to be passed around to 3 departments before I hung up. Merchandise is fine. Since Woman Within, Lane Bryant, Catherines, have joined forces with Full Beauty Brands; the money paid gets lost out in no man's land and you continue to get "final notice" letters and the threat to turn you over to a collection agency for the funds. The snail mail bills all have the same Comenity Bank and address in San Antonio. I paid the amount in question online and since it never cleared, I called FullBeautyBrands and discussed the matter with a customer service representative. I again paid the amount online through my online account. I have now received three threatening letters to which I have responded with a copy of the cancelled check and a letter of discontent. I contacted them via email, snail mail, and I sent a copy to the Better Business Bureau in El Paso. I cut up the cards in question and sent them along with a letter to close these accounts, as I don't have time to deal with their errors. Woman Within shows I have a credit for the amount in question, 46.08. If they didn't get my check--which cleared and I have a copy--how do I have a credit for the exact same amount? I am not dealing with the financial end of this organization anymore, ever. If I order, I will use my regular credit card. I will also cut and paste this yelp review to their email address. read more

The clothing is very cheaply made. Seams unravel in no time at all and the sizing varies widely from item to item. A pair of 18/20 pants in one style will fit very differently from an 18/20 in a different style. Legs 4 inches longer than a different style when both are supposed to be "regular" not tall length. They artificially inflate their prices then tell you theres a sale price if you buy a certain amount. Wasn't Macy's in trouble for doing the same thing years ago? The answers I have gotten are either canned messages regarding different matters and at least, that was written incoherently by someone who isn't familiar with English. This company has a 30 day return policy if you want a refund on your credit card. Do not use their credit- it's a serious conflict of interest and it will cost you! This is the second time in 1 year and 3 orders that I'm having to complain to visa about FB refusing my refund. They "fudged" on date of shipping (that starts the 30 days), It takes 2 weeks to get the product leaving YOU 15 'calendar days' to post the return- NOT 30 from date of receipt. Then they will try to say it was returned too late! You must write your credit card and send them tracking info to prove your case so; choose a good credit card company. Make sure you document everything! And keep that tracking info!! Half the time the product is poorly made/cheap materials. FB- you are really going down hill fast! Plus they don't dare sign names to letters from that "customer relations" dept. and they give you a robot to call for "questions". That's just obnoxious. read more

The clothing is not durable. It is expensive and can only be worn once before it deteriorates. $24.99 for a tee shirt and it is full of holes after wearing it 3 times.
