I brought in a set of rims off my 63 Ford and it looks like they jumped in their time machine and got me a new set from the factory. My rims were chipped and rusted and just plain sad to look at. In literally 1 afternoon, I went from junk yard wheels to show stoppers! The color variety they offer is mind boggling and the guys matched up my original color perfectly. It makes me so happy that I can keep the original look and parts of my old rig, yet have it look like new. Pricing was great and it took no time to get done. I dropped my tires and rims off at American West Tire & Auto at 0800. They removed the old tires and brought them to Full Spectrum. When they were powder coated, they remounted the new tires and called me for pick up by 1600....the same day! Now, my old boy has some great looking shoes. read more

This is an amazing powder coating paint company. We had poor experiences both on phone & in-person with the front counter gal at their competitor Powder Coating USA. So we checked out Full Spectrum. Jason and Chad were amazing, personable, knowledgable and great customer service folks. We had a 3 section welded stair rail powder coated in Breccia (a beautiful brown). The finished product was smooth and complete with no missed areas. Once we got the railings installed, it was obvious some design changes were needed. Our welder did those changes then took the 3 sections back to Full Spectrum to be RE-powder coated!!!! They sand blasted the powder coat off and did a whole new powder coat!! Of course we paid for the second paint job because the design changes were ours. BUT the price was less than the first job!!! The stair rails are now installed. But oops. We never gave the bolts to be painted. So I took the bolts to FS and they said if we were not in a rush then they would otherwise hold the bolts to piggy-back on the next Breccia paint order. So in couple weeks we got the bolts painted for $10! We are doing two more stair rails. And we have 6 chairs, 4' table, 2' table that are in need. You guessed it right! We're taking it all to Full Spectrum!! read more

We had two vintage wall heater covers that he turned around very quickly and brought back to looking like they just came off the assembly line. I have nothing but good things to say about Full Spectrum. Chad is super friendly and easy going. I recently had a set of 2-piece wheels coated in satin black and the price was great, the finished product looks amazing and the turn around was very quick. A few days later I decided I wanted to have the bolts which mate the wheels together coated in the same color (I originally wanted to keep them polished but changed my mind) and he offered to do them for free since it's an easy job! I was really excited about that. Not to say that he'll offer anyone free services, but in my given situation he was generous enough to help me out, and I really appreciate that. I've dealt with other local powder coaters in the SLO area and have had poor customer service and lousy work performed for more money. I was hesitant to try Full Spectrum at first due to my past experiences with powder coaters but I am really happy with my transaction and they just earned a returning customer.
