We consider ourselves incredibly lucky to have the gorgeous photos that David took of our wedding day! David's style sold me early on with his stunning wide angle shots while having an eye for the details and editorial portraits. So I knew we would be in good hands, but I was still impressed by David's focus and dedication that reflected his seasoned professionalism. His direction really put us at ease throughout the day, and our wedding party also commented on how relaxed he helped make them all feel amid a really busy day. We were very pleased by the relatively quick turnaround time that David got our gallery to us, and we could not stop poring over all of the moments that were so beautifully captured. I honestly think that we could not have asked for anything better. We are so grateful to David for being an absolute dream to work with and giving us special keepsakes that we will be cherishing in the years to come. We hope to have him again for future special events. read more

To preface this review, let me just say that my wife and I are not picture people! We're the people who stand in the back of a group photo and put the "peace" sign up. We found David after he did our friend's wedding about a year before our wedding. My wife was a bridesmaid at that wedding and remembered how at ease he made everyone in the wedding party feel. We corresponded with David through email and after working out a few details of our package, we hired him to do our engagement session and wedding. Our engagement session took place at two locations on a crazy humid Los Angeles day. We were able to photograph at our favorite restaurant Bavel and we moved over to The Row for our second location. At each location, we gave David a few minutes to scout each place and his eye for the perfect picture was amazing. About two weeks after the shoot, we asked David for a few shots so that we could use them on our invitations. We knew that we were asking for a pretty quick turnaround but David was able to oblige. The engagement photos turned out great! We got married in Rancho Palos Verdes and David knew exactly where he wanted to take us before the wedding. He chauffeured us around the sleepy beach town to different locations and after seeing the shots, we were happy that he did. At our wedding we had one request, we really wanted to emphasize photos of our family since my mom would get mad if we didn't have them. David was happy to oblige and not only did he get individual portraits of everyone, but we also have some spectacular group shots. Overall, David made the whole process was pretty easy. While David, my wife, and I know how hard and awkward it was getting us into the perfect poses, none of that awkwardness can be seen in the pictures. We cannot say enough about the team at Full Spectrum Photography and will recommend him to anyone. read more

David and Christina were amazing to work with! We had our engagement photos and wedding photos done by them, and they were professional and easy to work with, I couldn't ask for a better photography team!! David was also nice enough to do a walkthrough with me at my venue, cause I was weary about lighting, but he blew me away with his creativity during our wedding. We definitely recommend them for any of your photography needs! read more

I was referred to David and Christina of Full Spectrum in February of 2011. We ended up working with them for our engagement shoot and wedding day, as well as wedding invitations, thank you cards and a few other items. They are simply amazing! Best wedding vendors to work with. More recently, we worked with them for a family holiday shoot for my mom's birthday present. It was such a good time. FS is so easy to work with. So personable and accommodating, but most of all fun and so incredibly great at what they do. If you're looking for the best full service photographers your money can buy, look no further. read more

Where to begin! We hired David Casas and his team for our wedding in Temecula this past October 2018. We absolutely LOVED his work. From the engagement session to the wedding day his pictures were amazing! When we were in search for a photographer we met up with David in his studio before booking him. We felt that it was important that he wanted to met us in person before hand. From about three photographers that we talked to David was the one that made us feel more comfortable and we felt like his style of photography fit better with our personalities. His expertise and love for photography is evident in all of his work. We cannot thank him enough for giving us such wonderful work. We are so glad we were able to have him on our special day. David is reliable, creative, engaging, and professional. His entire team made us feel at ease, especially his assistant on the day of our wedding. David made every effort to understand our needs and expectations. He captured such beautiful moments and he made sure that we all looked our best. When we saw our pictures we could not believe how each image captured all of our special moments. We are extremely happy and thankful that we will have these shots to treasure for a very long time. We had a little bit of hard time deciding what pictures would be featured in our wedding album because they are all so good :) The ongoing communication and affordable prices that full spectrum photography provides are outstanding. David also speaks Spanish, which was a great plus for us since most of our family and guests were Spanish speaking. We highly recommend David and his team!!! read more

this review is LOOOOOOOOOOOONG overdue... We first met David and Christina at a mini photo session when my, now, husband and I were dating. We then used them for our engagement session, then wedding, and also for our daughters newborn pictures. We got married in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic, and flew them out...that is how AMAZING their work is. Needless to say, they're the best in the business. David and Christina took TONS of pictures, giving us lots of options to choose from. Thank you guys for your amazing work. read more

Full Spectrum Photography represented a power injection of wedding chill. In a day that was hectic with the competing stressors of friends, family, intermittent nausea, and last-minute wedding details, David and the Full Spectrum team were consistently positive, and smoothly handled transitions from one part of the day to the next. The shooters certainly looked the part, with David wowing the single ladies with his hipster cut and plaid shirt, and second shooter Jayrol looking smart in black. Couple and group shots rolled by efficiently, and extensive pre-wedding planning allowed us to return to our reception with time to spare. Certainly appreciated that poses felt natural, which allowed us to feel relaxed through the entire evening - definitely didn't feel photoed out. Ultimately, the beautiful wedding photos and album served as proof of their artistic eye, as even the customary table shots with grinning guests interrupted from their dinners turned out nice enough to print as gifts. Full Spectrum worked well with the venue as well as our DJ, which allowed a professional and seamless documentation of events; this is in contrast with our separately contracted bargain videographer who in comparison seemed a step behind and often felt intrusive on our ability to enjoy events as they came. Guess you get what you pay for. We originally picked Full Spectrum via their web portfolio, which featured clean photos with vivid and dynamic colors (as opposed to a washed out "vintage" aesthetic that we didn't like, but not quite Bollywood in saturation), as well as a minimum of photographic games that we knew we didn't want (including excessive lens effects and intrusive foreground elements). Should have known we'd made a good choice from the beginning when David and Christina went out of their way to schedule Skype calls with us on East Coast time and were willing to substitute an attended photo booth for the advertised engagement shoot (we'd never be able to make it to California to do it). Ultimately, full-quality digital images were available a month after the wedding, and Christina shipped our handsome (and quite heavy) album in two. If it matters to you, both photographers shot Canon programs, David on a 5Dmk4, and Jayrol with a 5Dmk3. Both tended to shoot large aperture shots with creamy depths-of-field in our posed and live photos. Incidentally, going with Full Spectrum's photobooth (as opposed to a DJ's) was a great call, as the "booth" actually represented a mini-studio shooting a laptop-automated Canon 7D, which allowed high-quality, non-trivial photos that we actually included in our wedding album. read more

Dave and Christina are awesome and they do beautiful work! They took care of the photography for our son's first birthday party as well as his cake smash photos (in-studio). They really took care of everything for us, including getting cake and balloons for the cake smash. They offered a lot of choices for colors and cake styles. The photos are clean, bright and crisp. What's nice is that they also take a ton of photos which means you get more to choose from for your prints and your albums! We weren't expecting much from our birthday party photos but the quality just blew us away. Despite being just a birthday (vs a wedding), the quality was as good as their wedding photography. The customer service they provide is also top-notch, especially for photographers and any other vendor that usually don't keep the usual business hours. I think Christina responded back to my emails within 24 hours, and often within the same business day. Their invoicing system was also super easy. I hate having to hunt down a check and remembering to mail it out so it's nice that all of their billing was available online. I would definitely hire them again and I would recommend them to anyone looking for an event or portrait photographer in OC. read more

My husband and I can not say enough great things about David and Christina, not only as a great photography team, but amazing people! We were thrilled to have them capture our special day and so impressed with their professionalism, kindness, patience, and especially their talent. We booked Full Spectrum Photography to take our wedding pictures and I'm so glad that we did - our photos are amazing! David was friendly, creative and professional. Looking back at my wedding photos today. I feel like they could have done better. It Appears that they do not edit anything they should. All they do is throw a filter on your pictures and give them back to you. I was looking at my one of my friends wedding photos and they were done so beautifully. Makes me upset they didn't put in a little more effort. read more

We were so lucky to find David and have him as our wedding photographer! It was important to us to have a photographer we felt comfortable around, and David was so relaxed and easy to be around while still directing us and taking amazing pictures. We had a great time taking all our staged first look photos and David did an amazing job scouting out the perfect locations for our pictures. He even went the extra mile to tour the venue ahead of our wedding to find the best photo ops. I will be recommending Full Spectrum to all my friends! read more

David are Christina are amazing. We fell in love with them at a friends wedding they did and have since used them for Engagement/Wedding, Trash the Dress, Maternity, New Born, and Cake Smash. David and Christina are FANTASTIC!!!! Super down to earth. We met with over ten photographers and it was such an easy mutual decision. We love our engagement photos and can't wait for our wedding photos! Thank you guys so so much! read more

Out of all the vendors for our wedding, the photographer was hands down the most important one for me. I love photography and there's nothing better than great photos to capture the best memories!! Not only did we want an amazing photographer but we also wanted someone that we connected with and would take the time to get to know us. After all, other than your husband/bridal party, they're the ones you'll spend the most time with on your wedding day and leading up to the day. David and Christina are such an amazing duo! We booked them and never looked back - we've yet to be disappointed at all with their timeliness, level of professionalism and attention to detail. Christina will literally email me back minutes within asking her questions and we've become friends with David since our engagement session. Going into the engagement session can be a little awkward as you don't know what to expect but he made us feel so comfortable and even stayed out with us extra HOURS to capture the magic hour lighting just perfectly. For the day of, they were such an integral part- from establishing the timeline to helping fix my dress/veil and they take a ton of pride in their work. Despite David & Eli shooting all around the venue, you really didn't even notice them- yet somehow they were able to get the most amazing reactions and moments from the day. On top of the amazing experience before and during our wedding, the experience after has been just as great. About a month after the wedding, our pics were ready! We seriously couldn't believe how quickly they went through the 1000's of photos. We've already finished designing our albums. One of the things we loved most about the FS Albums is that the parent albums are totally custom - not just a replica of ours. The quality is amazing and Christina does a wonderful job designing! We've definitely gained friends throughout the whole process and will no doubt be using Full Spectrum again as our family grows. Thank you again! XO read more

Photography was prioritized highly on my list of wedding vendors. Having gone to over a half a dozen wedding expos we had the pleasure of meeting David and Christina over at Full Spectrum Photography. I knew right away that David's personality, talents, and artistic abilities were exactly what I wanted when it came to trusting someone to capture and share my special day. I have flipped through countless wedding albums of vendors but NONE of them until I met David were able to capture the expressions, moments, and wedding visions like David. In my opinion anyone with an expensive camera can capture a background and make it look pretty but to capture expressions, moments, and visions is what makes a photographer amazing. Full Spectrum has never let me down and I consider both Christina and David as friends. We were so comfortable during all of our sessions(engagement, pre wedding, wedding) together. David's energy and passion for capturing the moment exude from his photos. We booked David before he achieved the title last year of Best Voted Photographer but we were not at all surprised. He is not shy or timid when it comes to going out of his way to get the shot. He was respectful of our input and provided enough suggestions to make sure we had a hard time choosing between good pictures. We had so many pictures it was literally tough deciding which photo to choose. Great photo vs Great photo. Poor guy was climbing stuff and getting in the water to make sure he got the image, which in my opinion was above and beyond. We cannot say enough good things. David we cannot wait to have you capture the rest of our life and future family memories to come. Thanks for everything. read more

If you want to have some amazing and gorgeous wedding photos, then you NEED to hire Full Spectrum Photography. Christina and David Casas run a great business that provides high-quality images, amazing talent, and top-notch customer service. David and another photographer, Jayrol, spent the entire day with us, capturing every detail and special moment. They are so personable and made us feel comfortable from the moment we started. They were very conscious of our "timeline" and also made sure we got shot with every person, guest, or family member that we wanted. We were amazed when we got our photos back - they are simply amazing and many people commented that many of the shots could easily be in a magazine or advertisement! read more

Super professional yet also suuuper down-to-earth, and highly gifted and talented at what they do! What you see is what you get. I asked for them to have a more "photo journalistic" approach in capturing our wedding day, and David and his co-photographer did just that. I also loved the ambiance of their studio and the "experience" you get in viewing their collection and samples, as well as how they let you view their final product in-studio once it's all rolled out and ready to be seen. (Also, there was a reasonable wait time!) Thanks to David, Christina, and their crew, my husband and I now have BEAUTIFUL, timeless photographs of our wedding that we we cherish always. *One thing I'd like to tell future brides/grooms is to tell your family members the drill about taking a formal family picture at the church (if there is one) *AND* at the reception. My huge extended family only planned for one formal portrait inside the church, but we were kicked out before we could capture it! (more my church's fault, not Full Spectrum!). At the reception, everyone was already dispersed everywhere... ah, well! read more

Full Spectrum Photography was wonderful! I was initially sold with the way Christina communicated with me in emails. She was so organized and everything was put so clearly. Then David comes around and blows our minds! He knew of such amazing scenic views near the ocean in Palos Verdes to capture some amazing memories. Then we had him for our party at the Richard Nixon Library where his creativity and ability to capture the moment awed me. The best part of David is he was always so cool and calm. He knew how to keep things flowing and really worked his ass off. He was there with us every step of the way. David was great with making us comfortable and look good in front of the camera. We loved our album and final products! Thank you Full Spectrum Photography for the life long memories! read more

So glad to see they have more Yelp reviews now! Our wedding was about a month ago and it was perfect. David, Jen, and Jackie were great the day of our wedding. All three photographers were kind, patient, and had creative ideas for different shots. My husband and I both felt very comfortable with them and I believe it shows in the pictures. Side note, if you're a bride to be debating whether or not to do an engagement session - DO IT! Practicing being in front of the camera before the wedding day is the best thing you can do. Anyway, just two weeks after the wedding was over, Christina emailed me to let me know our pictures were ready. I couldn't believe how quickly they got them ready. We got hundreds and hundreds of images and they were all perfect. Every single one. That's not an exaggeration. Right now I am struggling to select my favorites for our wedding album. They are all my favorites! What I love about their pictures are the candid shots. That's the reason I chose to book them in the first place. David has such a great eye and incredible timing. I was excited to see all of the portraits of course, but what I really wanted to see was all the candid stuff I may have missed. I was not disappointed. David and his team got some amazing shots of our first look, our parents' reactions to the ceremony, hilarious dance shots, etc. I will never get tired of looking at them. David and Christina were an absolute pleasure to work with and I will not hesitate to contact them the next time we want to have pictures taken. read more

Dave and Christina are amazing photographers aswell as great people. Dave and Christina did our wedding back in April of 2012. I seriously wish there were more stars to give, because I would in a heartbeat. My husband and I have been married 2.5 years now, and we still agree that beyond our choice in spouse ;) our best wedding decision was hiring Full Spectrum. We've used David and Christina for our annual family portrait sessions for the last three years. Can't recommend them highly enough.

After going through all my engagement and wedding photos, I have come to the conclusion that there are two options when it comes to choosing a photographer: You either go with Full Spectrum or you are disappointed in your pictures. Not only was every single one of my pictures flawless, every single gallery on their site/blog is equally as, if not more spectacular. Working with David and Christina is not only easy, it's enjoyable. They are so kind and genuinely care about making your wedding day perfect. The attention to detail they provide across the board is something I challenge anyone to match. We really couldn't have asked for a better team. David and Mike did such a wonderful job, capturing the best memories from our wedding. And the editing that David did made the wedding seem so magical! Our family couldn't stop looking at the photos, and several of our guests reached out to compliment them! Before the wedding, I had requested for some portrait photos of all of the guests, and David honored it, ensuring it fit in the schedule. I appreciated that! On the day of the wedding, they were punctual, and wonderful to work with. Very fun, easy going, but also professional! Our wedding was mid-November, and we got our pictures exactly ~2 months laters, so I was happy with the turn around. Lastly, many of our guests commented on how above and beyong David went to capture some photos, like getting on the ground for the perfect shot! Photos really were important for us, and David and Mike fulfilled all of our wishes. Thank y'all again for making the wedding so special! read more

Seriously THE BEST. David and Christina are the MOST amazing team. As a hairstylist I've worked with many photographers over the years and I knew exactly who I wanted to do my wedding. David shot our engagements, we went to 3 locations and every photo is gorgeous. He also shot a boudoir session as a surprise for my husband. I was so comfortable, he was so creative and made me feel like I was a supermodel for the day! When it came time for my wedding day I loved having him and his team by my side. He brought along extra shooters and it was worth EVERY penny. There is not 1 photo, not one, out of thousands, that is not perfect. Sunlight, shadows, details, every moment was captured. If your looking for professional, kind, creative and amazing work, look no further. They are worth flying from Dallas to CA for!!!!! Love you David and Christina. Flawless work! read more

David and Christina are the best, period! My husband and I hired them for our wedding and we couldn't have made a better choice, our photos are absolutely stunning. But I don't want to get ahead of myself, they truly deserve an extensive review. My husband is a photography enthusiast, therefore he was very picky about hiring the right professionals. We "interviewed" several photographers, but form the very first contact David and Christina were just the right people we wanted to do business with. Christina is amazing and on top of every single detail, she goes above and beyond to respond to all the emails (very often within the same day, bless her). David is awesome, he answers to all your questions and he's incredibly talented. Not only his technique is very good, but also the editing skills (it makes a big difference in the finished product) are impressive. We had so much fun the whole day and he made us feel very comfortable and worked hard from start to finish. We can't wait to have more occasions to see them again when our family will start to grow. Huge thanks to them, and I hope that this review will help people save a ton of time to find the right photographer. read more

From the moment my husband and I emailed Christina and David, we knew it was the right choice. They were so responsive and willing to answer all questions. Being in the wedding industry and becoming the bride was definitely something interesting and a true learning experience. The hardest vendor for me to finalize and book was the photographer as I was nervous because like all brides, I wanted to look beautiful and amazing in the photos. Let's just say David is amazing and we loved all our engagement and wedding photos. Christina is so quick with response and a true super woman who somehow always gets back to my questions even just a few days after giving birth. We even decided to move forward with a wedding album after falling in love with all our wedding photos and can't wait to see it! Thank you again! I haven't discussed it with the hubby yet, but I'm pretty sure I'll be doing anniversary sessions, maternity sessions, family session, and every occasion possible with Full Spectrum! read more

I cannot rave more about our experience with Full Spectrum Photography. My wife and I hired these guys for our wedding and it was easily one of the best decisions we've made during this entire process. I can quite honestly say that I cannot say enough positive things about David and Christina, as well as the entire staff at Full Spectrum Photography. Let's start with the initial meeting: About 8 months before our wedding, my wife and I walked into Full Spectrum Photography and talked with David and Christina. They were incredibly professional and immensely helpful as they walked us through various package options. Not only that, they even helped us sort of plan our wedding day by suggesting several options that we hadn't even thought of. While being professional and helpful, it was also very obvious how passionate these guys were about their job and they helped us really feel at ease about the whole process. One of the most memorable things about this first meeting came up when I asked about engagement photos. I wasn't super excited about the idea of an additional photo session, but many photographers had told us that they would recommend it because it would help build a connection between us and the photographers that would make the wedding day go much more smoothly. When I asked David and Christina the same question, they told us that we should only do this if we wanted the extra pictures. If not, it wasn't worth the money we'd be spending. This type of honesty made my wife and I feel really good coming out of our meeting and we decided shortly thereafter to go with Full Spectrum Photography for our wedding. Over the next few months, there honestly wasn't a ton of communication between us and them, but whenever we needed questions answered, Christina would e-mail back the next day. This made planning everything so much easier because they were so on top of things. As we got closer to the wedding, Christina also sent us an online form with a few questions about the day off logistics. It was fairly short and straight forward, and again, it made us feel very at ease about the whole prospect knowing that they were preparing for all of these situations. Finally, the big day came. David and Mike (the other photographer) each took one side of the bridal party and essentially spent the entire day with us. I am still amazed at how easy they made the entire process. My wife and I really didn't think getting pictures taken for the entire day would be a fun experience, but these guys made it extremely enjoyable. Not only did they get all the pictures that we wanted into a very tight time frame, they also made sure we got pictures with all of our guests while we were there. We also asked Full Spectrum to run our photobooth and it was a huge hit among the guests. I was really expecting a stressful and difficult day full of awkward posing for pictures but these guys have made it wonderful experience. I cannot fully put into words what having them as our photographers meant to us and we both think anybody would be lucky to work with them. Thank you guys again for everything! read more

We just got our photos from Full Spectrum photography this weekend and we were blown away with how great the pictures turned out! I am also an amateur photographer myself so we had a lot of high hopes/expectations for our photos. My wife and I agreed that the two most important things for our wedding were the food had to be good and we need an awesome photographer. From the get go from our first meeting, Christina and David were so friendly and easy to work with. Christina is very quick with her email responses, which is so awesome for any stressed out bride/groom who wants answers asap. She is such a sweetheart and taking the time to answer all of the questions we had. David and Jackie were our photographers that day and they were so nice and made us feel very comfortable. It's not everyday you have a bunch of people taking photos of you all day and my wife and I were definitely afraid we would look super awkward since we opted not to do an engagement session due to our budget. I kept on getting compliments from friends and family saying how nice our photographers were. We also rented the photobooth from them which was a big hit with all our guests. We got married on 5/29/16 and took pictures at the Costa Mesa Hilton, William Mason Park, and Segerstrom Hall. The photographs are very rich, crisp, vibrant and modern... they just look cool! Period. Our friends and family love the photos we posted on facebook so far. Don't hesitate to book David and the Full Spectrum team. We definitely made the right choice with booking them!! read more

We used Full Spectrum to photograph our March wedding (as well as engagement photos) and could not have been happier with how everything turned out! The photos were even better then I could have imagined. Hiring a good photographer was something that was extremely important to my husband and I, and I can honestly say that I don't think we could have gone with anyone better then Full Spectrum! Christina and David were amazing to work with from the beginning. They were fantastic at communicating throughout the entire process. When myself and the girls were running behind schedule getting ready, David was calm and collected and made sure to make time for every shot, without making me feel rushed. Their turn around was also amazing, we had the photos a month after the wedding! It really let us enjoy the momentum of being newlyweds and not having to wait several months to see pictures. I've gotten nothing but amazing comments from friends and family since receiving the photos. They managed to capture every moment with out being in the way or intrusive. I really cannot send enough praise in the direction of the Full Spectrum team. They were all amazing and helped make our big day extra special. I cannot wait to work with them again! read more
