My reason for seeking out hypnotherapy was to get past my past. I did not in any way expect that I would be starting my journey towards a better future but that is exactly what is happening. Not only does Dr. Plumb have a wealth of knowledge, he has an incredible gift to help you connect your dots and put your picture together. I simply can not say enough how incredibly positive this experience is for me!

Most of the first 2 hours were spent getting to know me, having me do a few "tests" to understand my brain more and working through what I want to accomplish from the appointments and in life. I saw Dr. Plumb for memory issues. This is a hard one for most therapists. I have seen 3 others Hypnotherapists and had given up on the idea of this treatment type helping me. But out of desperation I decided to try 1 more time. It worked. I know that I was under because I was extremely weighted, and I left like I was falling twice among other things. This session was all encompassing- life charting, financial planning, marriage and self worth among other things. I feel like I may have found a light.

After 40 years of…read moremarriage, counseling on and off, my husband and I attended therapy with Liz and it was amazing. We were at a point in our relationship that this was it. We were frustrated and weren't sure if we could continue even though we love each other. Liz listened, provided education that changed our relationship, challenged us, and took time to get to know us. Liz is very intuitive. My husband is a tough cookie and is hard to get thru to and she did it! He also has so many wonderful things to say about Liz. I was hesitant at first because she appeared much younger than us (we are in our 60's) and our past counselors have been closer to our age which didn't work out so well, but I have to say she was it! Liz provided the counseling, we put in the work, and our marriage has changed. We have re discovered our joy and are so thankful. After completing our marriage counseling I opted to see her on a personal level. Just after 2 sessions, she totally understood where I was coming from and has provided excellent recommendations. Liz is truly an amazing counselor. If I had found someone like her years ago, I would have been a changed person. I look forward to every session, even though it is deep and sometimes hard, it is worth it. With Liz's help, I look forward to this season of my life, finding myself, exploring, and enjoying life. Scheduling has been so easy with the portal! Thank you Liz Davis you are truly amazing!

I understand it is a busy and frustrating time for many and so when I began searching for help I…read moreknew it may take awhile. My physical therapist recommended this place, specifically recommended Lily Dawson, because she had been helpful to another client. That may be the case, but my experience has been a terrible one. I emailed and expected it may take months to get in as I said, but I was told end of April which was only 1 and a half months away. Reasonable. I waited and waited and in the last few days of April received an email that the wait list was taking longer to get through than expected. She attempted to push me off on a group session, something she should know I would be uncomfortable with if she had read what I initially wrote to her (they have you fill out a little thing about yourself on their site when you try to get in to see one of their counselors). A few days ago I get another email from Lily, this time saying there are 4 spots open. I respond within 24 hours (I work night shifts so answering emails during the day the second they are sent is tough for me). I then get an email saying all 4 appointment times are booked and I'm back on the wait list. So clearly this is a place that overbooks appointments and doesn't care about their patients health and well being. They just want to push you off on group sessions, lie about the timeline to get you in, and then expect an immediate response or else throw your appointment away. This is not how you treat people who need help and are going through a mental health crisis.
