Okay, where do I begin?!?…read more This place is amazing! The pork ribs and brisket were delicious! They're full of flavor is don't swim on BBQ sauce like at other BBQ places I've been to. The service was fast and the girl behind the register had great product knowledge. I highly recommend and will come back again!

I would give this BBQ joint a 3.5 score. The customer service was pretty good; Very nice, friendly,…read moreand welcoming. The reason I'm giving this place a 3.5 is strictly for the food. We ordered 2 plate combo with tri tip and brisket and 2 sides: Mac n cheese and fries. We also ordered the brisket sandwich with fries. We got fountain drinks and to our surprise, they had their own soda flavors! They had a vanilla , cherry, and another flavor that I can't recall. We tried the cherry soda and it wasn't my favorite but my husband enjoyed it. The food came out pretty quickly. The brisket was tender and had some good fat marbling however I found it to be dry and not moist. It also lacked flavor but the bbq sauce helped with flavoring. Unfortunately, the tri tip also lacked flavor and moistness. The Mac n cheese was okay but nothing to write home about. The star of the meal was the garlic bread! That was a nice surprise and it tasted really good. The fries were also nice and crispy and fresh. Overall, I think this is an average bbq place in terms of flavor. I would have liked the meat to taste smokier and seasoned as well as more juicy. This would suffice if you were craving a quick fast service style bbq place. Don't think I'd recommend or try this place again though.

Margaritas were not from mix, sooo good!!! Victoria was our server and was fabulous, Sahn was our bartender, they were both amazing. They made sure we were happy!!! Fries were excellent and my side salad was soooooo fresh!!! Sahn was as attentive as Victoria. Love them both! We were so impressed with lunch we came back @ dinner time for more margaritas and appetizers. We ordered mushroom toast and calamari. Loved both!! Calamari came out hot and tasted great w/ aoli dip on side! We had more margaritas The restaurant is inviting with outdoor seating and beautiful bar with old town photos on the wall. Loved wine bottles on trellis and in the windows. May steal that idea for my own house. Considering going tomorrow after hiking again @ Pinnacles.

We shared a French dip sandwich with sliced house made prime rib and house made au jus sum delish onion rings and an enormous beet salad. It was very lightly dressed with lots of beets, cheese and was a light accompaniment to the French dip.

The trip was completely spontaneous since we had been in Big Sur earlier that day, but it ended up being well worth the drive. I never would've expected this market to be tucked away at the end of a residential street, but once you get close, you can smell the food before you even arrive. The sandwich was incredible...huge enough that we had to share it. The meat was so juicy it was literally dripping down my fingers, and I made an absolute mess eating it. I would definitely return. It truly feels like a hidden hole-in-the-wall spot run by hardworking, down-to-earth people. The owner was personable, engaged in friendly banter, and made the experience even better. Plenty of locals stopped by during our lunch, and what really stood out was that he even remembered my friend despite him not having lived in the area for the past three years.

The soup of the day was split pea, I've never had a better one! With chunks of ham and vegetables, it was the perfect amuse-bouche! Next comes the Tri-tip sandwich! Tender, juicy and full of flavor! Last but never least, the ribs! Tender, fall off the bone, smoky! We got the full rack for four of us, we each took home ribs for the family! We stopped here on our road trip and I suggest it to anyone looking for a lunch stop! Will be singing Martin's praise for years to come!
