Found this gem while in Sedona for a small getaway! We looked around for karaoke and found out that they have it! As we walked in it was pretty quiet but that didn't stop us from singing! Once we got to the bar and ordered drinks we downloaded the app for all of the songs we could sing I found a song and the bartender overheard me and asked if we could sing it together! It was so fun! So shoutout to Jade! After singing a few songs my boyfriend and i shared a hamburger. This is a great bar. From near as we could tell, this is a watering hole for folks who live in the area year-round. The bartenders were really friendly and provided great service. We enjoyed the pool table and the artwork on the walls. The place has a very comfortable atmosphere. We did not have any food as we had either eaten before, or came in before a reservation at a restaurant. My next time in Sedona, I plan to give their menu a try. read more

Tucked into a back shopping alley, this is first/last dive in & out of Sedona prior to hitting I-17. Some folks visiting may think this may be a convenient spot. However, after spending two months in Sedona to visit family, the ownership of this establishment is despicable. For starters, the drinks are incredibly overpriced. With limited options for a casual weekend drink, I visited a total of 3x & witnessed Mike (I believe that is the owners name) berated female employees for not answering the phone in time & the bartenders (who are also the cooks) for not bringing food out in a timely matter. All while as he sits having cocktails at the bar like a lump on a log. He is verbally abusive to his staff and patrons. While I understand the importance of proper ID verification, we were met with an unexpectedly harsh response when presenting a photocopy of an ID. Rather than handling the situation with professionalism and courtesy, the staff displayed a level of rudeness and passive aggression that was uncalled for. I called and the bartender (female) told me that they don't take to-go orders over the phone. Lie - because I've placed orders within the last few weeks for to-go with no issues. The guy who carded me upon entrance - I noticed he was drinking by a dark beer at the bar 5 minutes later - definitely sounds like someone "on the clock" (he claimed to be a host). Last but not least, when I received my check, everything was an even dollar amount with no tax showing. I guess the waitress calculated prices and taxes on her own? Idk, I've had really good experiences lately, but this was just a weird night. If I go in again, I'd prefer my burger not cooked to a crisp and a bartender who actually gives me a real tab receipt. However, instead of being greeted with warmth and hospitality, we were met with complete apathy and disregard. Not a single staff member bothered to acknowledge our existence or show the slightest interest in our group of ten. But here's the kicker: as we were walking in, we witnessed another bachelorette group storming out in frustration. Clearly, they had endured the same callous treatment that awaited us. It's beyond comprehension how a bar can consistently mistreat multiple groups of people celebrating such significant milestones. Is this how they define their so-called "specialty"? Best burger in town! We've lived in the Village several years and didn't know this place was here. We came in for lunch around 1:15pm. Few ppl here. Bartender made the burger in less than 10 minutes and it was delicious: cooked perfectly with all the additions you'd expect. The tangy sauce kind of reminds me of a Big Mac only with a much better beef Patty. The bun was big and fresh. Two nice pool tables and a loaded bar. This place saved the day. I put in a large takeout order and had a local draft beer while I waited. The menu selection is small, so I'd say we tried most items on it. Wings and roast beef sandwich got great family reviews. I got the hamburger which I thought was OK. My daughter who only eats cheese pizza got their cheese pizza and she said it was good. I feel really bad for the bartenders having to deal with people like the last few 1 stars because those people were literally trying to get them to break the law by not having their physical IDs when asked for them. Who comes to a bar without an ID?! Bachelor/Bachelorette Party aside, be an adult and bring your ID with you or expect to be asked to leave and not be served. That's just the industry in general! Anyone that's a normal, reasonable, and decent person would understand why bartenders have to do what they have to do. Wow! Surprise surprise! And can I say wow again? This is the only place that opens near our hotel so we decided to stop by for some food. I read the reviews, looked at the pictures that was shared online and it was decent. The place and ambiance looks like your typical local bars and pub/sports bar. They have two pool tables and two tv on each side. However, there is only one bartender serving the entire bar, from bartending drinks to waitressing the floor. I also believe she is the one cooking our food too. She keeps going to the back after each order and food just took forever to come out. We ordered a pizza and thought it's going to be a decent size for two, but it was a personal size that took almost an hour. The best part so far is that one of the local beer we try is delicious, called something amber. Also, warning! The bathroom loop all the way to the public bathroom outside that is shared between in this shopping plaza. On my way there, I definitely had a lot of dateline thoughts lol anyhow, it's a decent place to hangout, drink, and watch sports, but not for food. A friend had the burger and she said it was good, but it isn't made fresh; per the waiter is is frozen and the potato salad is fresh from a truck. This is the first place to stop for a cold beer before heading into Sedona. It gave me a chance to sit and enjoy the vistas in the Village and have an Oak Creek Brewing, amber ale. Very tasty. Bell Rock and Courthouse Butte are in view from the little outdoor patio. Seating is minimal but perfect. Today is a bit breezy and in the 80's. There is an art show going on down the street. This smallish bar is that's just about your only choice for a late night drink in the village of Oak Creek. If you don't like PJs (the other pub in the village, not the garment), it's your only choice. A single pool table and a couple of TVs, a limited bar food menu and 4 or 5 northern Arizona beers on tap. Free wi-fi. Two unique items worth mentioning - a nice outdoor seating area when the night is cool and the big fireplace is going.
