Dominick even changed his schedule to accommodate our schedule to help us out, which really appreciated. There were also a couple of punch list items that they completed in addition to a smaller fix that he included in the price. The contract was also reasonable and didn't transfer all liability to the customer, which is rare. Overall a good experience and I'd hire them again.

Ted at TruOrganic Restoration did a wonderful job doing mold remediation at our house. Due to an…read moreimproper installation of a French door we were left to pick up the pieces regarding a water leak which turned into damage in the form of mold. What a nightmare to go through. But with the help and direction of Ted, we were really lucky to have his expert opinion and experience. Ted has worked in the industry for over ten years and we were referred to him by 1st rate inspections. Ted, gave us the best quote on remediation and worked with my husband and I on different options to alleviate and remediate the mold. We were concerned because we had a baby in the house but did not want to break the bank but TruOrganic worked relentlessly with us. They were available day and night to answer all of the questions we had. The remediation took place and we have since run a repeat mold report with the outside company 1st Rate Inspections and once again the house has been restored to its original safe levels! We are so grateful to be back in our house. Thank you Ted for all that you do!

In these tough times when so many of us experience weather-related damages (frozen pipes from snowpocalypse for my 80-year old parents), and all the contractors have long waiting lists and low service levels, TruOrganic is the perfect business to work with. There's a certain kind of person who knows their craft really well and has to execute to perfection to satisfy themself. That's who Ted is, and you can tell from the start-- his meticulous attention to detail shines, and it's great to get to talk with the business owner (i.e. the most knowledgeable person) about a job as sensitive as mold remediation at your parents' home. I called three of the big commercial companies, had 2 no shows (they're so busy, I guess?) and the one job estimator that came out clearly didn't have any knowledge beyond the surface (especially about chemicals and mold risks) and was barely trained on taking measurements--if at all. It still took a week to get back a cookie-cutter bid that didn't acknowledge the specifics I asked about in person. Ted came out and had a clear itemized bid to me the same evening. He went above and beyond to help as we navigated the insurance settlement process, and TruOrganic's rates ended up being really competitive with the cookie-cutter companies that use cheap/toxic chemicals. Ted's care, effort and thorough supervision of work in my elder parents' felt as if a family member was doing it--culturally sensitive. If you've already talked to Ted and are reading this review to help decide if you want to go with TruOrganic, then you probably already have a sense for some of the qualities I mentioned, and I'm glad to help you confirm they're the right choice.

He widened our driveway which made it much easier for us to get in and out and have guests park. Our biggest project with him was the construction of our dream patio. Mike and his team quickly, efficiently and at a good price moved an AC unit and a sewage line to make room for a bigger patio. They then constructed an attached pergola, a brick and tile patio and a wall. He also installed sod and a sprinkler system. All of this was done very quickly, with beautiful construction and within the prices he gave us. We really appreciated that we could show Mike a photo and he could give us a fair quote and make it happen with solid advice thrown in when we had questions. We are absolutely in love with our patio/yard feel that it has completed our home.
