Their Water Vac dug the trench. Everyone worked well together. The company owner, Drew really knows his stuff with utilities. His wife, Li, knows her stuff, too. They were awesome to work with. It wasn't creating a huge problem but we wanted to get it taken care of. We drove from the coast, pulled in Monday morning right when the shop opened. William took amazing care of us, assessed the problem, and he had the tire in stock and replaced it within the hour (we went to breakfast at a nearby Elmer's). My two rear tires were at the point where they needed to be replaced, so I decided to have them done while I was up here. I purchased the tires online, they offer a military / veterans discount, and they were the exact same price as if I would have bought them in sacramento, with one *BIG* exception. It' s Oregon, so no sales tax! I made an appointment online to have the tires changed here. I come in at my appointment time, and I am met by Will. Very friendly, very personable, very thorough, the same great service that I love getting from America's / discount tire. Will checks my ID, goes out to get the information that he needs from my car, and comes back. He tells me that my car will be ready in 45 minutes to an hour. Guess what? Only a little more than a half hour later, my car is sitting at the front door, ready to go. Will and I finalize all the paperwork, and my road trip continues. I received The same fantastic customer service that I always get from discount/america's tire. Thanks again, and I will See you next time!
