He walked in and stood at the coffee bar and was not greeted, but the people that walked in after were greeted. Then he walked around to try to get someone for help and was ignored until he walked into the wine section thinking it had an exit and suddenly was followed around the store without even receiving a hello from an employee. He walks out upset mentioning that he was not even acknowledged and ignored by the employees and was ready to go to another coffee spot. In an attempt to see if this was true, i walked inside in my injured state. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by a man telling me he would be right there with me & then a lady stopped her conversation with her friends to offer me help. Coincidentally, he is a dark skinned Hispanic & I am light skinned which has made a difference in the past in the way we are treated. Is this another one of those instances? It was our first time here and I felt so uncomfortable for my partner who was just trying to get me a coffee and had that experience.

It's very sparse compared to the photo they show online, and it's a lot of green and nowhere near as colorful as we expected. I'm actually embarrassed by the little bouquet she did receive and very angry that I spent so much money on flowers that look like I bought a $10 bouquet at the grocery store and threw them in a vase myself. Save your money and go somewhere else. I chose this flower shop based on the reviews I read, they did not deliver that reputation and quality with my order.
