There's a clearance area off to the side that sells floor models and returns at good discounts. We were looking for some lounge-y chairs and there were options aplenty. Helping us was very knowledgeable Barb who was never intrusive and let us look around. After making the rounds, we kept coming back to one specific chair - Barb let us know they had 2 in stock from a cancelled order (most things are made to order) in our preferred color, plus they were included in their anniversary sale. SOLD!! I work on the commercial furniture side and felt that the quality here was oberall very high and the prices, for what you get, are pretty fair. It's not IKEA prices to be fair but it's also not made in China crap that will fall apart and bottom out in a few months. You'll love it if: you appreciate mid century or modern design, want a high level of quality, want to customize items. You won't like it if: you need cupholders in your furniture.

We were struggling trying to find a comfortable chair for my knee replacement recovery. Furniture stores were telling us that delivery of new furniture would take two to six months. That did not work with my surgery schedule, but Alex made it happen. I purchased a beautiful Lane couch, chair, and ottoman. I got the chair right away, and the couch will be here in two weeks. UPDATE: The service you receive from BoxDrop Milton Mattress and Furniture does not end when you walk out the door with the furniture you purchase. The chair I bought was a swivel with an ottoman. Alex secured the base for me, so it did not swivel anymore. When we got it home, we still had a little problem with it not being real secure when sitting down. We called the next business day to see if Alex had another idea. He has already talked to his dad about it, after realizing the chair still moved when getting up and down. They came up with an idea to replace the swivel mechanism with legs that match the ottoman. PERFECT! Not only did they go out of their way to help, but also picked up the chair right away, put the legs on it, and returned it within two hours. The problem is the sales people were a bit sketchy and the payment system is a joke. I agreed to one payment a month from my debit card. They are taking two payments a month and I've been told there is nothing that can be done about it. Saving a few bucks is absolutely not worth it!!
