Full Circle was delivering beautifully fresh produce to my front door even before the Covid-19 lockdown. It was a great help to have while my disabled husband was needing more and more attention. Now, 3 years later and their produce is still THE BEST. Better even than my favorite grocery store. Customer service is always stellar, there never seems to be a mistake in my box or my credit card. You can choose the size of box, what goes into your box, and even choose how frequently the box is delivered. What could be better? I have been getting Full Circle deliveries for a couple months and I love that most of the produce lasts a week or more, which greatly exceeds any produce available in the grocery stores near me. And the convenience of fresh produce coming to your door every week can't be beat, I've even added local milk deliveries (though I wish I could automatically have it come each week without having to add it each time). I get the harvest box which is perfect for my family of four. My amazing 7 year old daughter decided to become a vegetarian June 2012, since she has gone meatless the rest of the family only eats meat a couple times a week (I could probably give it up but my husband never could) so we go through a lot of produce. I also enjoy that the produce is so varied. There are so many things I've never tried and I love receiving items I wouldn't regularly buy because then I get to try new things. For example, I never buy any squash besides pumpkin and I've bee having fun preparing a variety of squash recipes. Also, I had never heard of Rainbow Chard before getting these deliveries and it is the most beautiful green and I love making Rainbow Chard Alfredo, sooooo good! My experience with Full circle deliveries has been awesome! Though I do think they could replace the box with reusable totes. I get milk in a cool pack I have to return each week, I wouldn't mind doing the same with totes. read more

Oh how we want to support this business concept as we are very focussed on eating responsibly and healthfully. But every week we look inside our box to find which items are already rotted and moldy. The company credits our account for the bad items but it feels like such a shame and a waste of food. We can't be the only ones who are missing out on a 1/3 of their box every week. Little things like "don't put the heavy items on top of the fragile ones" seems a foreign concept to them. Broccoli is supposed to have some indication that it is green and not a seeding-out gold, no? Usually, the boxes come with items that must be consumed within a day or two which is a lot when ordering the large size and doesn't last the week. I will say that when the quality is good it's really good. A couple weeks ago we stumbled upon the farmer's market at the Sears mall. You could tell their produce had just been picked and we didn't have to eat it that very day. Costco has really ramped up their organic produce as well. So we hope to find a balance between the two so we can get the same concept of a variety of organic produce but that isn't rotten by the time we get it home. We really like the variety and convenience of FCF but the consistent quality issues just aren't worth it, regrettably. read more

Full Circle Farm has been great to me. I've been ordering shipments for over a year. They have many pickup locations, one of which is right next door to my workplace. One box every two weeks is perfect for a couple who likes to cook. Except for one shipment, every box I've picked up has been in excellent condition, well-packed, and well-presented. I called cust service about the one bad shipment and they gave me a credit for my next shipment free, no questions asked. They were very polite and helpful. Excellent cust service. The only drawbacks we've found are that you can only request NOT to receive only a few items. If you have more than a few veggies you don't care for, certain times of the year can sometimes make you feel wasteful because you WANT to use all those beets that keep coming in but never quite find a recipe that fits your tastes and style. They do offer various recipes and I like that they tell you exactly the best way to pack and store the produce(makes a WORLD of a difference!!). FCF is a great way to get fresh, organic food at a reasonable cost. If you like being introduced to new foods, recipes, and getting creative in the kitchen, this is definitely a product for you! read more

Wow, We also just started receiving Full Circle Farm produce boxes. We are on our third box now and have been very happy. I have found the boxes to be even less expensive than Freddie's or Carr's normal produce. It's organic grown so it might not be as pretty as the food in the stores but it is still good stuff. It is also forcing us to eat healthier as well. Not a bad deal. read more

Firstly, They never told me that they donate your food away if you dont pick ip up right away. Its written in plain text in their policies, but until I lost my initial order of $80 and called them I hadn't heard anything about that. Upon calling them, they were extremely unhelpful and even hung up on me when I tried finding out what happened to my box, since nobody tracks them. To echo another user's comments, I would love to be able to support Full Circle, particularly as I believe it is good to make sure fresh fruit and vegetables can make it to Bush Alaska. Aside from which there is the restrictive policy that one needs to be able to cancel their box over 10 days in advance. I find this frustrating because when I've contacted customer service, because a change needed to be made within 9 days and 23 hours they have said to me that there is no wiggle room within the policy. Well, okay a policy is a policy, but customer service should be more accommodating and recognizing that sometimes a strict 10 days is a long time to be able to know one's schedule. Sorry charley. I am extremely please with all aspects of full circle! I have not had one issue with them! The company's apps and websites are extremely easy to use! The products are absolutely some of the best I have had! I have to say the carrots are by far the best I have ever tasted! So sweet! Fresh to the door vegetables and eggs plus more! Can't beat this! Boooooo!!!!! What horrors my eyes have seen when opening these boxes. I had restarted my subscription with the hope of incorporating some lovely raw fruits and veggies onto my diet and of course try something new once in a while. This time it lasted three boxes before I couldn't take it anymore. When you have to email every month to say that your greens are half yellow and wilted, your fruits are somehow mashed and bruised, when in each box you get a cucumber that has soft spots and touches of mold on it.... no thanks. I had down pick up and not delivery because i had a pick up point right next to my work place. The first time I emailed customer service I thought I got quite a nice response and a credit for the items. When I had to do it for the second box, it was worse, I got the same cookie cutter message as the last one so I don't think they are actually nice just scripted, and I got a credit. Then I had to do it again for my third box, and I asked for the cancellation. They again cookie cutter response me and offered the credit. How are you supposed to use a credit on a cancelled account? They finally sent me a check for the items. Soooo not worth it. They really need to step back and try for consistency, quality, and retention of their customers. Even though I got the cookie cutter emails, they didn't answer any of the questions that I sent in. They can have their old and damaged food. It ends up being better to pay more for new sagaya. At least then I know its fresh and not damaged. read more

We originally started with Full Circle Farm 2 years ago, and at that time we were splitting the cost of one box with sone friends, and the dividing up the contents between us. We stopped after awhile because we never got enough produce to hold us even though we really liked the quality and freshness of the products. About 6 months ago we re-started our orders with FullCircle and again I am very pleased with the products and the fact we get the whole box to ourselves. There have been some issues with the fruits as they have sometimes been "over-ripe" and spoil very easily. A quick not to the company rectifies the problem with the next shipment. I really love the idea of getting extremely fresh veggies during our harsh and long winters. A very nice addition is instead of having to go out to a pickup point for our boxes, they are now delivered to our door. O know the lower 48 folks don't understand since most of the veggies are fresh but ours from the stores takes a few days to get processed. My husband is not a big fruit or veggie eater but I am. I decided to try Full Circle because they advertise carrying items made, or grown, by local small businesses. I chose the 1-2 person monthly plan and have been happy with it. I have it delivered to my home and it comes in insulated bags not boxes. I've had no issues with anything being bad so that I can't use it. The prices are good considering everything's organic. The serving sizes are perfect for me. Much better than having to buy a big bag of non-organic cherries or grapes at the store that I can almost never finish. I've been able to try things I never would have thought of, or even have seen, without this program. Including wonderful items made, and grown, by local Alaskans. I'm not sure how it will work once winter starts since it's delivered to my home, but this summer has been great! I have had no issues with customer service. The drivers are always nice, they've politely responded to my emails when I've had questions. I do wish they would add nutritional information (hello calories) to some of the items, but when in doubt I've been able to find much of that on line. We have subscribed to full circle for a little over a year now and just love it. The veggies are always fresh and they have delicious choices. Much of the food is produced locally, if not, it's from Washington and delivered quickly. Compared with produce available here in stores, Full Circle is better (i.m.o). read more

I decided to test out Full Circle and I will not be continuing with it! The box is way too big for the tiny amount of stuff so everything clunks around. All of the softer things, like the bananas, are smashed beyond use. I had eggs in there and all but four broke, so everything that was still good had been soaked in egg yolk making it unsafe to consume. I tried to contact customer service, through two separate emails in case they have a queue setup like other companies, and four days later I still haven't heard from them. I went on my account to close it and it only gives me the option to put a hold on everything. I tried to contact them through social networks with no response as well. I'm considering reporting them, especially now looking through reviews to see many others people have had issues with mold and cross contamination. I have been receiving Full Circle Farm boxes for about 2 years. First on the Kenai Peninsula and now in Wasilla. I enjoy the variety of produce offered and the fact that I can change the contents of my box just by going on-line and substituting items. The downside is the fact that shipments to Alaska seem to nearly always have some quality problems. Mushy or moldy fruit or vegetables, etc. But usually just one or two things and when this happens, I contact customer service with an e-mail and they credit my account very quickly. read more

I have been a customer of Full Circle Farm for about a year now. I honestly thought the price was a bit much initially because I typically did not pay that much for fruits and vegetables. I am VERY happy I started having the vegetables delivered to my door. I have never had a problem with customer service. They are always pleasant and willing to help in any way. Sometimes the product can be overripe at times, but a quick phone call to customer service rectifies this problem. I have five children that really enjoy these products. As long as I can afford it, I will continue having them to deliver. I believe their service is excellent. read more

It was so easy for me to pick up and now I do not have to shop around in the store for produce. I have been ordering full circle farm off and on for a few years. The veggies were fine, sometime they would go bad or have molded. They were good about replacing them. I was very disappointed in my last order and will not be using them again. My order was not delivered the day of, they said it was delayed another day. I returned to the pick up location to get it the next day and it was still not there. I emailed them concerned the order was lost. They emailed me the third day after business hours to tell me it was delivered that day. I could not get it because the business was closed already. The following day the business was still closed because it was Sunday. I called the company with my concern this food had been traveling now 4 days and was going to be bad. I wanted a replacement. I was given a gift card for $10 and no one returned my call or actually wrote back about my concern. I never saw the food and was very disappointed in their customer service. read more
