My granddaughter came there very anxious about receiving the flu vaccine. Care was shown to my granddaughters by explaining everything to her. Therefore, she became relaxed and comfortable before receiving the vaccine. She gave a thank with a smile after receiving it. My granddaughter and I left feeling respected. I felt like excellent care was given to my granddaughter. My granddaughter was excited to see the beautiful fish aquarium. She named one of the fish. I would not recommend this pediatric office based on my experience…read more My oldest son was previously a patient here several years ago. At that time, I felt some of my concerns regarding his health were not taken seriously, which ultimately led me to transfer his care to another clinic. Years later, I decided to give this office another chance because of its convenient location and because my children are now older. I paid the required fee upfront and scheduled an appointment. However, after the appointment was already booked, I received a phone call informing me that they would not see my children because I had previously filed a complaint years ago. What was most disappointing was not the decision itself, but the way it was communicated. The conversation felt dismissive and unprofessional. When I explained that I was willing to give the practice another opportunity despite my past experience, I was met with an attitude that made it clear my business was not welcome. If a practice chooses not to accept a patient, that is certainly their right. However, professionalism and respectful communication should still be expected. Unfortunately, this interaction left a very poor impression and reinforced the concerns that caused me to leave in the first place.

Heritage Pediatrics is truly one of a kind!…read more We've been with them for years, and their care is always above and beyond. During their recent flu vaccine drive-thru--in the rain!--nurses with wet hair and big smiles delivered shots right through car windows with kindness and efficiency (it took longer to fill out the form than the shot itself!). The clinic is gorgeous, staff are wonderful, and Dr. Gibson and his team coordinate care beautifully. Plus, the LEGO Broadway Street display is such a fun bonus for kids while parents check out!

My experience with Dr. Tardy as my son's pediatrician has been outstanding…read more My favorite thing about this practice is that it's not own by private equity and as a result, it feels like they actually care. The front desk people are very nice too. I've had no trouble getting same-day appointments when my son has been sick. I trust Dr. Tardy's medical opinion (which he is always happy to discuss), and I've even gotten some sound parenting advice from him. He is also great with babies and tired parents. I'm really going to miss this practice when I move in a few months. It's one of a kind!

I was able to get in the following week and the receptionist was very helpful. At the appointment, I arrived 10 minutes early and I was being called back before I even had time to finish signing in and putting my cards away! The nurse took the initial measurements and then I waited about 15-20 minutes for the doctor. My entire visit I was in and out in 50 minutes. I was extremely happy with Dr Moreno, she was patient and attentive - answering every question I had and listening to all my concerns (which were many as a first time mom and also being new to the area). She gave me helpful advice and information I needed to know. She did a thorough exam of my baby and was very encouraging, definitely something this tired FTM appreciated. Their website has excellent online features, giving you access to your child's full history and updates which I found to be a wonderful feature. I haven't had any experience yet with the billing or insurance as a previous reviewer, but so far I am very happy with my overall experience with NW Pediatrics and Dr Moreno.

Then without my knowledge our insurance was changed and no longer accepted by this office. I frantically called to get it changed back, and I was successful in doing so. Called back and despite having severe medical issues and not being seen in a month, they couldn't fit us in for another month. To have a sick baby and have these people pretending to care this whole time, then once it's not benefiting them, they had no idea who he was anymore, nor did they care that he is still struggling. Now I'm left back at square one trying to find another office who will act like they care for my child.

The office received all the info they required of me, but didn't take their time to review and ensure vaccine dates and frequency before giving her vaccines. Not a good first impression on the quality of their work on top of the front desk lacking in customer service. What if instead they misread and gave her MORE than what she was to receive as opposed to less? I wonder what their excuse or apology would look like then...as of right now, my time, money, and my daughter's peace of mind is affected. My son turns 4 and will need shots in Dec. I'll look to find another practice before then. *************************************************** Came in to get my soon to be kindergartener ready for the fall. I like how they sent reminders prior and had me print and fill out new patient docs to give when I arrive. I was there 15 min early as requested, but ended up waiting 5 min or more past my appt time until I walked up to ask the front desk if there was anything additional I needed to fill out before being seen. I had 2 kids with me so maybe I was a bit impatient. Maybe they were busy ‍ There aren't any books, puzzles or toys for the kiddies to occupy themselves while waiting or in patient rooms, but there was a tv in the main waiting room. Maybe for hygienic purposes? Waiting room and patient rooms very clean. The nurses were fine, but I thought they could cater more to the kids when interacting given it's a pediatrician's office, but they did their job fine. Nothing extraordinary. I'm used to getting a slip of paper with my kiddies' stats (I save them), but I could be helicoptering or just extra ‍ I was looking around for samples, but none were to be found. You know the baby wash, lotion, Boogie wipes or anything new coming out... Dr Wells was nice, patient, interacted with my 5 and 3 yo. Walked me through paperwork and made sure all questions were answered. I'll continue to use them bc they are 4 min from my home, but will have no problem changing if service is any less than what I received during my first visit. I'm going to give 3 starts bc customer experience is very important to me along with efficiency (which could use a bit more work)and cleanliness (which they were).
