I felt like I was just a number to her, trying to fit as many clients as possible into her schedule in one day. Every appointment I am called to reschedule, last week I was called 5 times and then booked at the incorrect time and never got serviced. Way too many additional fees like senior/master stylists that they don't warn you about until after the service. They book you a time slot then will bombard you with calls to move it around because they want to fit other clients in vs worrying about the client who came first in the books. So difficult to cancel your membership and they want that last months fee so don't try to find a new place until you do that unless you want to pay an addition $29 for a foreign refill due to there terrible scheduling. My lashes never came out bad here, but they never were truly full either due to overcrowding there schedule and not giving us enough time. The stylists are great although they are limited to options on sizing and colors, but the management is terrible, hence the 2 stars vs 1.
