Came here with family and my boyfriend. The instructor was very knowledgeable and nice. I throughly enjoyed the adventure. We even got to see some wild horse! Highly recommend checking this place out! :)

This was an amazing day in the UTVs. It made me want to buy one for sure. You'll need to download the Polarid app to get the max experience. There's on-board GPS that the company provides in each and it definitely helped us navigate the trails. You don't have a guide, but the GPS gives you all the info you need. We basically got a couple of hours to cruise around the trails. It was AMAZING. We had 8 people so we got "Kermit" and "Ernie" and we just swapped drivers every 15-20 minutes. It gets bumpy so just be ready for that. If you have some speed racers in your group like we did, just be careful since there are huge bumps and some gnarly thin cliffs. Be sure to bring sunglasses if you go and a facemask might be helpful. We ate a lot of dust especially, if your UTV is behind another one. If you've ATV'd in a group before, you'll know exactly what I mean about literally eating dust. Also... don't be in a rush. There are some BEAUTIFUL views from the trails so mash the rides, but stop to enjoy what Tahoe has to offer. I'll definitely be back and I know the homies will to.

Would 1000% go again. I definitely like the option to let a professional drive you around this made the experience a million times better. Definitely worth the money!! Very professional, very outgoing, very accommodating. Thank you for an amazing experience.

Had a reservation on a Friday for 3:30 pm, coming in from the Bay Area with traffic, my ETA's were all over the place from 3:15 to 4:20 and back down to 3:30. I called and talked to Adam, who was one of the original guys who helped me out, and he was EXTREMELY accommodating. When I called him and told him that I was potentially running late, he just told me to keep in contact and if we were close enough we would be able to still get our reservation time, and if we were running too late we would be able to reschedule. We made it there at 3:30 and Josh was there to help get us in and rolling. They had no obligation to accommodate with a late arrival or a reschedule but they were willing to do whatever it took to get us out there. I can say how much I appreciated them, just from that experience alone I would give them my business every time I go back to Tahoe (on time hopefully). The ATV and the trails were EPIC! TLDR: GREAT COMPANY EXTREMELY ACCOMMODATING ATV'S WERE AMAZING

The trail really opens up on the 7 mile loop.

Man what a great day out with my wife and 9 yr old daughter! Adam runs a tight ship. The equipment is top notch, new and well cared for. The ATVs are top of the line and run very well. Adam made us feel comfortable before heading out and was professional and laid back. We blew a tire about a half hour into the 3 hour ride. I clipped a rock and tore a big hole in the sidewall. I called Adam and pinged him on the GPS and he was there swapping out the tire in no time. He took it all in stride and got us back on the trail as quickly as possible. The trail was fun and challenging. The views were spectacular. The ride was challenging and fun. I simply could not recommend Full Access Tahoe more. I will definitely be coming back. Thank you Adam!!

A trip to Lake Tahoe would not be complete without doing a UTV trip with Full Access Tahoe! I have searched online for months and called various ATV/UTV companies around the Lake Tahoe area. Some places are closed because of COVID, some places require you to have a car that can TOW their ATV's that you pick up & return yourself, some places don't even pick up their phones or bother to return my emails! Bummer but I found Full Access Tahoe and Adam picked up my phone and I booked a 3 hour UTV adventure with him. He was very polite, friendly, and explained a bit about the trip and what we will see along the way. He made it very easy..I paid the invoice that he sent and the trip was booked! Adam sent GPS address & coordinates on the exact location you will meet. Once I arrived, Jeona greeted us and gave us a rundown on the vehicle. We drove a red & black Maverick Max XRS. The best part is that he put a GPS tracker in your vehicle so he knows your location at all times. The tracker includes a SOS button in case you need real emergency help so with all that, you feel safe out there on the road. Keep in mind, this is not a guided tour. This is a self exploration trip to Geona Peak with some side things that you can see. Hubby and I had such a fun time driving the vehicle! It is a very exhilarating experience as you drive over bumps, rocks, hills. You will get dirty and dusty as you ride this open air vehicle to Geona. Once you get there and park, you have to climb/hike about 10 mins up a bunch of rocks & boulders. Be careful here and watch your footing as rocks are slippery! Once you're on the top you feel on top of the world! You can see Reno, Carson City, all of Lake Tahoe, Mammoth. There is a pink radio tower up there with you. Great photo opp! We climbed back down and on the way back, made a left up another peak. We found a hidden swing on a tree and swung around for a bit. There is also a plane crash memorial there to check out. All of this and we made it back 15 mins before the 3 hours was up. Amazing time and I would not hesitate to do this again!

We had such a great experience with Full Access Tahoe over Labor Day weekend! Adam was very helpful scheduling our 3 hour UTV experience and Jenoa was great at giving directions, safety and use instructions, and getting us geared up for our ride. The terrain was great and not too drastic for beginners, but still gave a thrill. In our 3 hours we got plenty of riding done, hiked up Genoa Peak, and stopped at a few places for pictures. We did see some other vehicles along the way but they were courteous to our UTV. It was a great experience to do with close friends and definitely one we'll remember. We can't wait to ride with FAT again when we're back in Tahoe!

    Great view on trail.

If you are looking for a great adventure in South Lake Tahoe you have found it. First off I would like to say that Adam is great at getting right back to you and makes everything seem less to get set up. Jenoa met us right on time and guided us through the trail system and sent us on our way. We rented two machines for three hours and had a total blast. The views from Genoa Peak are amazing just like Adam and Jenoa. Thanks so much for an amazing time and for the awesome memories. It is not a surprise why they only have 5 star reviews. I highly recommend.

Did the Genoa tour and what a great time ! Can't recommend Full Access Tahoe enough. What a great company , great website and booking was easy . This was our first time off roading and the guys explained the vehicle, our route so well we felt safe and confident. Needless to say it was the highlight of our trip!

In all honesty this was probably one of the best experiences I had while visiting Tahoe. The owner is one of the nicest people ever! He's super welcoming, accommodating, and his vibe is just perfect. He is also very helpful! I recommend this place 100%!!! Don't go anywhere this place is it. Thank you to the owner & the staff!!

We would do this again in a hot minute! Not only was this experience super fun for the whole family (Mom, Dad & 2 kids 10yr & 12 yr) but the Full Access Tahoe experience was top notch! Jenoa met us at the entrance and had a great demeanor as he checked us in and explained how the vehicle worked! He was available via text the whole time, not only if we had vehicle questions but also for directions if we were unsure about a turn. Kiddos wished they were 16 so they could drive but loved the ride! The views were amazing - so glad we made the short little hike up to the tower (Genoa Peak) for the "Top of the World" panoramic view! I (Mom here) was a little nervous to drive the UTV but it was easy and fun (especially after Genoa's great instructions and tips)! There was lots of road repair going on in the neighborhood as we drove up to the park, (Aug 2020) so allow for a little more drive time to arrive!

DO IT!! I wish I could truly express how amazing the whole experience was. I'll keep it short though. 1. Do not let the 3000 deposit scare you away. Just don't be a dumb ass lol be responsible and have a great time! We put the deposit down once we got there (930am) and I got it back before the end of the day. 2. The guys there are seriously the nicest people ever. Made us feel so comfortable and confident taking out the UTVs. 3. It's worth the money. And seriously will make you Reno trip even more amazing. So do it!! Stop questioning it and do it.

Well, I just had the time of my effing life. Me and my wife have never been on a UTV, so this was an adventure before we started. I forget the owners name (he kept forgetting mine as well), but everything he ran us through was seamless. Plus the positivity was wonderful to see. To ride out on the trail was a hell of a way to experience South Lake Tahoe. I had more fun than our helicopter ride. And the pictures of Carson, Lake Tahoe and the forest around us were worth every penny. Then to experience the joy of my wife letting loose on the throttle, amazing. Thank you owner (still can't remember your name) this was a FAT experience.

The booking email says to meet a Zephyr Cove Lodge 90 minutes before tour, but a text the day before moved it back by 45 minutes. Okay. I just assume we're hopping on the running bus in the parking lot, but someone comes out and says we need to check-in inside. Inside is chaotic. Do we need to get helmets here or the trailhead? Nobody seems to know. I'm thinking "ma'am this is YOUR show". A few helmets appears, then a few more. Plot twist, there's plenty at the trailhead. Then the bus driver rolls through the crowd barking to get aboard and he's leaving immediately. So we do - and without a greeting or headcount, we're off. Off to nowhere it seems. We roll through two resorts and take on zero additional passengers. How does this happen? How is scheduling so loose we're wasting time turning around at the Golden Nugget? Then we transfer to another bus. Some story about it having a more powerful motor. It look like an identical old school bus that's been fitted with new seats. It's not like we're off-roading to the trailhead, it's paved roads the whole way. Then why couldn't we just drive ourselves to the trailhead and save fussing with busses and save two hours? Anyway - once there - equipment is good, guide is good, scenery is outstanding. Just wish it wasn't such a hassle to get there.

Decided to give this place a second chance after the disaster that happened during the new year…read morewhere they cancelled our snowmobile tour right as we got to the second location and then we get into an accident on the bus while we're leaving. Their online management is still an absolute disaster, but the team onsite was actually very helpful this time. We booked a snowmobile tour for 9 am and woke up bright and early to make it to our 7:45 am/7:50 am shuttle pick up time. (The website says 7:45 am, while the email says 7:50 am.) We're there by 7:40 because the bus stop is right next to our hotel, and we wait 30 minutes just for no one to come pick us up. The instructions for the stop are extremely vague because there's two bus stops in the location across the street from each other, and we didn't know which one we're supposed to be at. However, it didn't matter because no one stopped to pick us up anyway. After waiting the 30 minutes, we decide to drive to their location. I couldn't find an address on their website or the email that was provided, so we looked them up on maps and it took us to the location we had been to at the beginning of the year. Turns out they weren't there anymore, and they moved to Zephyr Cove, 30 minutes away from their old location! It was already 9 am, our booking time, so I call the phone number listed on the email, and the person who answered was absolutely useless. They told us they didn't know what to tell us because they were offsite, and they called their onsite team who said that there were no bus issues (a lie, which we found out onsite). They didn't offer to reschedule us, and instead told us that this situation would fall under their cancellation policy, meaning that they wouldn't be able to refund us? Charlie (the person I was speaking to) recommended that we contact their corporate office, and when I asked to be transferred, they said I had to email them?? $1000 to book, and you don't have an actual corporate number to resolve issues immediately when people are trying to enjoy their vacation? I had to be the one to ask if we could drive to their onsite location, which turned out to be the best idea. We drove to Zephyr Cove, extremely confused because there was no signage up for Lake Tahoe Adventures, but someone outside directed us to the inside of Zephyr Cove Resort where they're now situated. The lady we spoke to there was EXTREMELY helpful and basically saved our trip. She apologized, gave us a refund immediately with no issues (last time we had to contact their corporate number to get a refund even though they cancelled because of weather), and offered us free tickets for their cruise or tubing. We're super grateful to her and the onsite team! We found out the whole perfect bus schedule was a lie though, as there was another group there who had the same issue as us where the bus didn't pick them up for their trip. We were told that it was their open weekend and that there was a lot of miscommunication going on, so I don't understand why whoever we spoke to on the phone was so disconnected from the situation or why they were completely unhelpful.

Jon and Jen are the owners and they were flexible with times/dates and sent us all the particulars via email ahead of our trip. The youngest person in our party was eleven and he loved it. They're also COVID safe so they sanitized the UTVs and helmets. Rentals included gas and helmets and a safety overview. It was a short 15 minute drive from Kings Beach and very easy to get to the meet-up point. We had the time of our lives. The area they allow you to trek through is enormous. There's literally miles of different trails and mountains to cover. I suggest downloading a trail app or ask John and Jen, they probably have a better recommendation for which app to download. Also, bring water, camera/cell phones and maybe a snack. We brought water but left it in our car. Ask them ahead of time and they'll add a cooler and ice to your UTV so you can bring lunches and water/sodas. Finally, if you call and they don't pick-up, don't hesitate to text them. Run far, far away! I…read morerented a KTM 890 from Nevada Adventure Rentals for a three day trip with some friends. We were clear that we weren't just cruising highways and would be doing some off-road riding. That was fine with them, these are adventure bikes after all. Well we ran into unexpected heavy rain, took a couple falls, and the bikes suffered some minor damage which we were bummed about but were willing to repair (broken mirror, clutch lever, dented hard panniers). I returned the bike, and they sent it to the shop to be fixed up. Two weeks later I was called and told they had just "discovered" something else wrong with the sub frame. Okay I thought, I didn't notice anything myself, but it's not a hard part to replace, how bad could it be? For the next two months, Barry, the apparently now behind-the-scenes owner let the bike sit in the shop with no follow up to me. I called and emailed a number times and it was clear they were in no hurry to get it back. They never knew the status of the bike and said they'd go check. The next thing I heard was a letter from the owner threatening to charge me nearly $16,000, including $12,000 for "loss of use" for every single day the bike was in the shop. That's right, he threatened to charge nearly double the value of the entire bike. When I responded that I was happy to pay for reasonable loss of use but that this seemed excessive, he didn't even respond himself, but had his lawyer send a demand letter explaining that under Nevada law "loss of use" does not have to be based on "notions of fairness, actual rental demand, or the resale value of the motorcycle" and that they could charge me based on whatever language they'd buried in the mountain of papers I'd signed at rental. They could literally let the bike sit in the shop for a year and charge me for 365 days "loss of use" with no recourse. Their paperwork also includes language claiming you will be responsible for legal fees regardless of the outcome of any litigation. It all seems incredibly well calculated to extort as much money as possible out of hapless renters. After this incident I went through their reviews and it's not hard to find other people with similar stories. It's clear this is a shady business built around shaking down the occasional customer to try to cash in on depreciated bikes. It's unfortunate that it's one of the only shops in Reno. Hope someone else opens an outfitter that isn't out to target and scam customers.
