Silvanas - Filipino frozen cookie and like Sans Rival it is base on French Dacquoise dessert cake. The buttercream is sandwiched between two cashew- meringue wafers coated with cookie crumbs. The flavor is light, crispy and nutty. It is delightfully mouthwatering and I can't stop each bite that I ended up eating 4 in one sitting. Ugh! My tooth is the happiest! LoL. They also offer different flavors (e.g., chocolate, pandan, strawberry, ube & butter). Braso de Mercedes - another traditional Filipino meringue roll with custard filling dusted with powdery sugar. This heavenly cake is considered as one of the all-time favorites in the Philippines. Its sponge-like texture will delectably melt in your mouth while the rich custard filling makes you so "kilig" coz its sweet! Haha. I ordered the Classic Warm Brownie Cup and a slice of Frozen Brazo de Mercedes cake. When the brownie arrived, it was still bubbling and was topped with ice cream. The brownie was not too sweet and was gooey in the middle. I was actually happy it was gooey in the middle and I was able to have a spoonful of ice cream with every bite. The Frozen Brazo was my favorite dessert though! It had a layer of ice cream too and it was sooo creamy. Loved it! They serve other baked goodies like Sylvannas and they have other flavors for the brownie cups. I also recommend their green tea creme brulee and the apple pie. :)

In fact, they make a variety of American desserts but also a mix of pinoy favorites (Ube! Pandan! Mango! Yehey!). In that instance, I saw their pandan gulaman and had to try... It blew my mind!
