Authentic Hakata style ramen! The taste is just as good as the ones in Japan. I know many have heard or have tried eating at Ichiran Ramen or Butao Ramen, this place is similar to those places. As you enter, you get greeted by the hospitable staff there and your assigned waitress would show you to your seat. First things first, when you get seated, you get this piece of paper where you can fill up and select your preferred ramen, noodle texture, saltiness, and other add-ons including side orders. For those who prefer non-noodle dishes, they have those as well, like the mini donburi. As for me, I ordered the Tonkotsu Special with extra menma(bamboo shoot) and seaweed. The soup was flavorful and the noodles was cooked to my preferred liking. I got the chicken karaage as well, it was crispy, juicy, and cooked to perfection! Overall the meal was pretty good as expected. Too bad the gyoza wasn't available that time but their karaage was good. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a good ramen place. read more
