On top of that, they also miscalculated the total cost. When I went to collect the pictures, they charged me more than the original amount, claiming they had made a mistake when they first billed me. This felt very unprofessional. To make matters worse, they encourage customers to leave a five-star review in exchange for a $15 CAD discount. Unfortunately, I agreed to that the first time before realizing that their photos would actually get rejected.

I am beyond frustrated and appalled by the service I received at Millennium Photo. From start to…read morefinish, this has been one of the most unpleasant and disappointing experiences I've ever had with a business. Initially, I emailed the store requesting to print three 11x17 posters. Shortly after, I received a call from the store informing me that they could only print the posters in 11x14. Though it was not my preferred size, I agreed to it and was assured that I would only be charged $20.99 instead of the original $29.99. When I arrived to pick up my prints the next day, I was taken aback when the owner made a point of telling me that the prints were done in 11x14.5, claiming they couldn't do 11x14. This was a complete surprise to me, as it was not what I had agreed to. The night before, I had texted a friend expressing my concern that 11x14 might be too small but that I would try to make it work. To add insult to injury, the owner informed me that I would now need to purchase custom frames, which is extremely inconvenient. Then, to top it all off, she charged me $29.99 per print, completely disregarding the price adjustment we had discussed. I managed to salvage two of the prints by cutting them down myself, but the third print was a total disaster. No matter how I tried to frame it, part of the image would always be cut off. After a week of futile attempts with different frames, I decided to call the store to politely ask if they could reprint just one of the posters. The response I received was nothing short of outrageous. I was met with a rude, nasty, and disrespectful woman who cut me off mid-sentence, rudely telling me that I would need to pay for it. She didn't let me explain my situation and hung up on me twice! This level of disrespect and unprofessionalism is completely unacceptable. I even told her that this is no way to speak to customers and replied with " i don't care and hung up the phone!' I am utterly disgusted by how I was treated. The store failed to deliver on the agreed-upon size, price, and service. They provided misleading information, made changes without my consent, and then showed a complete lack of willingness to resolve the issue. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs. The service is terrible, the staff is disrespectful, and they clearly do not value their customers. I have never been treated so poorly by a business and I will never return to Millennium Photo Save your money and take your business to a place that actually respects its customers and delivers what they promise

He then said it wasn't his fault that the picture came out badly and that my hair wasn't how I wanted it l, etc., just because I asked to retake it!!!! He was practically berating me! We tried again and it turned out even worse as he was heckling me the entire time I was in the photo seat. When it came time to pick out the photo, he made a big deal about me taking so long (literally 5 mins has passed since he first came out from the back) so I said, sarcastically, OH ARE YOU BUSY? That shut him up. What an a**hole. He 100% reinforces South Asian stereotypes.
