Store Address: 8921 Sierra Ave, Fontana, CA 92335 At 7:30 am a Male employee put his hands on my wife. She was walking in the store and trying to purchase cigarettes the guy behind the counter said she was being too loud for his liking refused service and when she pulled out her phone to take a picture of his badge because she is partially blind for record, he smacked the shit out of her arm. To the point I had to pull over because she could not stop crying because of how disrespected she felt. I have been coming to this gas station for year, I live less than 1 min driving range of this gas station. I would really like a phone call because she is very shaken up. I do understand this location is a franchise store but if this is what is being sold, 76 has lost a family of loyal customer and I'm pretty sure this wasn't this first man's incident. read more

Rumor jas it that the owner of this station has vowed to be the best price in town and I have yet to find a cheaper gas station in the area.

Male workers here are the worst. Went in to buy snacks and drinks the entire time both workers are standing with their arms crossed STARING at me, as a woman I was extremely uncomfortable. I asked the price for something and they practically yelled it at me. Signs says using app will reduce will reduce price of gas. Did not reduce. Went in purchased drinks for total of $7.19. Handed him $8 cash. Starred at each other for a while, I then asked for my change. He shrugged his shoulders and said no we don't change come get next time. Have a sign stating you don't have exact change or just tell your customer ahead of time when you see them reaching for cash. I literally dream of their coffee. The best coffee in town, they don't have much variety for the flavors but it really compensated for the coffee station. Everything is great, clean, sanitized. Grab a coffee and a breakfast pastry, they have plenty to choose from. Staff is nice too read more

Extremely clean and great customer service. Filled up diesel and got a free coffee. The older gentleman working at the counter was extremely nice and he showed me how to use their fancy coffee machine. The young lady working inside was also very polite. I have been coming to this gas station for years because I live right next to it of course I usually go in get what I need and leave the people who work there are nice never given me any problems or rude as of recently I went in a bought a couple blunt Dutch wraps went home they all had white fuzzy mold on them didn't think much of it just threw them away went back the next day and I let the worker know hey your selling these and they have mold just letting you guys know so no one gets sick I proceeded to buy another one and told the cashier about it I asked her nicely wasn't being rude if this one has mold to can I plz bring it back and get a different one she told me to open in the store and check so I wouldn't have to come back and sure enough the wrap had black mold she proceeded to give me a different brand I paid and went on about my day next day I went in to buy some fountain drinks when I got to the register the Mexican or Muslim man that worked there started talking crap about time to the black female cashier saying I'm not aloud in the store the manager said and I asked why he said because you opened a wrap didn't pay for it and left which wasn't true the other cashier told me to open it I paid and left he made me feel like a thief in which I am not I'm a paying customer who was just looking out for them letting the know they are selling moldy items he proceeded to tell me I wasn't aloud in the store and that the manger wants to speak to me and doesn't believe me wants me to show him the mold as if I was lying which I wasn't I was just tryna bring this issue to their attention so no one else would buy those and or get sick from that . Few day later I went back and the cashier that told me to open the wrap originally was there I told her hey that's kind of messed up I told you about this mold you told me to open it and now I'm not welcome in the store she agreed that was bullshit and that I'm always respectful when I go in the store and I never cause problems she said the manger said you look like the type to complain which I'm not this was the first time I ever brought an issue to their attention she didn't agree with her manger's decision I told her to plz let me pay for the wrap because I don't like being accused of being a thief plz let me pay for that moldy wrap and throw it away and I'll be on my way she charged me for it and I went on my way just yesterday 5/6/23 I went into the store to buy something thinking it was ok I payed for the wrap that had mold knowing I did nothing wrong the Muslim looking gentleman and the black woman who's a cashier there as well we're in there they seen me stopped what they were doing looked and me weird and kept in with what they were doing I'm standing and the register and the man starts yelling from across the store I'm not going to help you I'm not going to sell you anything and I told him nicely but why I did nothing wrong he said because my manger doesn't want you here and he wants to speak to you ok then so let me talk to him he's never in the store so how can I speak with him I then ask the woman can you plz help me plz she said I can't you have to ask him I'm not on the register I look at him and again this time he's in my face telling me no and I'm explaining I did nothing wrong you guys are literally making me feel like crap cause I know I did nothing wrong I'm a paying customer who's never disrespected your establishment nor stolen from this place I just brought something about your guys product to your attention and now I'm being accused of a thief and not aloud in the store because your employee told me to open the wrap and check for mold. Gas? They have it. Although, as of recent, they now charge $0.10 extra to each gallon to non-cash customers. That's rather lame.

First this place is no longer a 7/11. It is now called Fuel Up. The employees there are so uninformed on how to run a credit card. They would not allow me to "fuel up" and went as far as to refuse me service. One of the Ladies had such an angry and bitter look in her face that it would discourage any one from purchasing anything there. I would not recommend anyone go to this gas station Instead go to the Arco AmPm across the street were they are courteous and helpful. This station has a mechanic shop and they definitely know what they are doing and they are the most honest mechanic shop in fontana when it comes to the cost for repairs. I had the check engine light on my bmw and I took it to the dealer and they wanted to charge me $1,500 to repair it, but I went to the 76 mechanic shop and they fixed it for way leas and it runs better than ever.
