Meanwhile, I was shopping in the store and couldn't find anything as all the clothes were from Walmart and Target brands with stains and holes. No wonder they didn't want my Miss Me jeans and higher-end clothing in nice condition, not the store for them. Went to Uptown Chesapeake and they bought almost everything I had at a reasonable price. Poor service and product was in poor condition and bad selection.

Once you enter the mansion, you are welcomed to a whole new world of indoor boutique shopping, canvassed in Holiday decor of the Fall and Winter seasons. You have clothing, tapestries, lotions, candles, soaps, furniture, paintings, chocolates, leatherwork, Knick knacks until your heart is content... they have it all which is backdropped with the interior elegance and beauty of the Mansion. Outside, plenty of seating areas and tables, edged by plenty of activities such as football toss in the holes, for hole boards, and a gigantic connect four set up. Completely worth the drive out here, as the staff was more than hospitable... offering rides to and fro to vehicle parking or serving up a piping hot Americano. They had me submit a photo of my unopened item. They sent extensive customer guidelines in order to get a refund processed and they charge a RESTOCKING fee which I was not aware of. With so many options for places to shop, I would proceed with caution. I have not gotten my refund yet and the customer service person said "you should get an email from us when the refund is processed". That did not sound too convincing! I think they expect more from their customers than their customers can expect from them!

The location probably has 25-35 vendors, this store is by no means a mess but be prepared to be observant and bend down to see every shelf. This is not a giant mall, but we found multiple items we have been searching for here this afternoon! Do not let the green shipping containers at the front scare you off, keep walking it is worth it to explore. They only take cash so come prepared.

Stopped into this Boot Barn after flying in from Utah to look for a specific pair of boots. We didn't recieve any assistance from any of the employees which was unusual, but not a problem since I knew what I was after. I did find another pair of boots that I've got my heart set on currently but decided I'd sleep on and buy towards the end of the month when I fly out if I still want them at that time.
