We've only had it a week now and we've been trying to get a key since the day we bought it!! How ridiculous is that?? I've never once dealt with a car dealership so goddamn ridiculous. The service lady told me they didn't even inspect any part of that vehicle before they sold it... uhh OBVIOUSLY!! This including the key fob they handed me with the missing key in it now we're told we have to pay $250 for a key to a vehicle that is NEW TO US! that shouldn't be our responsibility over $20,000 and you guys really can't spend $250 of that to get me a key for a vehicle you sold to me. I will be doing something about this! It's not like I waited to say something. I contacted you guys the same day I bought this vehicle. This was YOUR mistake!

My husband and I tried to trade in a vehicle we owned that had a couple issues (we knew beforehand & had a quote on how much it'd cost to fix it) and they low balled us on a trade in price. The manager had said he searched what the NADA value was for our vehicle and told us it was only worth $1,000 when that was in fact a lie, and it was worth $3,500+ more. They wouldn't budge on giving us a better deal for their Jeep we looked at or a better trade in value for our vehicle. 2. There was a couple different vehicles that we had looked at and done CARFAXs on and two of them had come up that they had been in accidents. When we got there, the sales lady showing us vehicles said there was an apparent agreement with the owner (I believe) that they weren't allowed to sell vehicles that had been in accidents. Yet they still have at least two for sale currently. not fishy at all 3. They were extremely unprofessional and the sales lady was wildly inappropriate. The manager scribbled prices on a blank paper and typed up his own paper on what their NADA Jeep value was instead of an actual price from the online website. The sales lady kept saying inappropriate things about being promiscuous/asking if my husband and I gotten "frisky" together because he has some scratches on his neck (made from scratching a bug bite the previous night). Overall they weren't willing to work or budge with us price wise whatsoever, they were unprofessional, inappropriate, and not much of a help at all. My husband tried to contact someone afterwards to talk to someone above the manager we had seen that day and he didn't do anything either. The only good thing to come out of this was finding a different dealership and getting a great vehicle that was in better condition, a better price, and the $4,500 trade in value our vehicle deserved without having to negotiate with them at all.

Then to give a receipt stating the exact same thing that you were told in the bulletin of what to do. DO NOT TAKE your vehicle there unless you'd like to leave with problems. The people at the service desk were rude, she told my daughter she needed to book the appointment in her name, because if you'll called the extended warranty company and said my name they wouldn't cover anything. News flash my name is on the car and the warranty. 4. Oh I get it the reason you didn't say the oils change wasn't required is because you wanted to charge us more ahhh that's it. 5. Who care what the customer wants right, "Customer states change oil after doing fuel induction cleaning." That of course means nothing. 6. I went to Wally's Mitsubishi in Watertown after I bought my car elsewhere. They took time to explain my radio and other features in the car. About there service department and the mechanics, they are by far the best in the area! With the quality of my suv and there service I'm positive that they will keep it running smooth for years to come. And to top it off they wash your car after they service it!

I don't even know where to begin. I bought my car here about 2 years ago and everything was fine…read morewith the sale- no complaints. But yesterday I brought it in for service ( 4 new tires, new filters, and I had oil leaking in my garage) at 9 in the morning. I was told I had a 9AM appointment. I had another ride to go home so I left the car there. 6 hours went by with NO communication so I called them at 3PM and after the person who answered the phone searching around, I was told my car is just at the point where they are changing the tires. I asked if they knew anything about the oil? The man on the phone had no idea and even after asking people had to have Brian call me back. Well Brian never called me back I waited another 40 minutes (we were getting close to closing time now) and was told oh yeah come on down the car is done. I said what happened with the oil? Why was it leaking? And was told that just the cap was loose, but it sounded weird the way he didn't know what I was talking about so it gave me a bad feeling. Well I got there to pick my car up, and I paid ($1140) and was told everything is fine but I see on my print out it says "cracked pan zip tied together". Of course I asked about it and Brian had NO idea-he went into the back for SO LONG and came out and basically accused me of having it being broken even though I BOUGHT MY CAR FROM THEM AND HAVE NEVER TAKEN IT ANYWHERE ELSE. He refused to do anything about it, did not even tell me on the phone so it could be fixed and was basically staring at me like well what do you want me to do. I don't understand how you can bring your car in here to get fixed and not only do they NOT fix it....they break it. At least now I know why no one called me all day. Oh and to top it all off when I got home I checked all my tires, they are not even the same brand. They gave me 3 tires the same and one on the back is a totally different tire. I am BEYOND disgusted of how this service department is run and we will NEVER be going back or buying cars from here again.
