To be honest, I only called to ask about an Explorer they had for sale. The dealer is in a small town and there is one, maybe two Ford dealers for miles. Bought a 2018 Shelby Mustang on 5/30/19, had very bad experiences with that dealership. After, I left my radio was not working and the dealers didn't know what was wrong or to advise me on what to do, very sad. They claimed that the radio was working a few hours before I took delivery of my vehicle. I had to take my car another dealership and was told that I got a non working radio and my dealer/salesperson was a liar. So now I have to take my car to Ford for service after spending so much money . Next issue, one of the cashier was arguing with me about my mail delivery practices. Please be aware that this dealership is very unknowledgeable, greedy, unhelpful and dont give care about their customers, only their commissions .Last car I will ever buy from them... read more

We just bought our 2017 Mitsubishi Mirage from Ed Donato! We had such a wonderful exoerience. Ed worked tirelessly for days since we were coming from 2 hours away. I bought a 2013 Ford Taurus here in 2014. My sales person was Kevin Hadley, JR. I was very pleased with his excellent customer service. Coming in with a near lemon Kia that I had purchased just a year before at FX Caprara Jeep store for a trade in and less than perfect credit I thought I'd get only get approved for a crap car. I was very happy when Kevin pulled up with my Taurus that was a former company car with only 25000 miles. And I got a great 8% interest rate. The car has been a great running car so far just needing only the oil changes and a set of brakes after all this time. Car has been broke since Christmas. Car is supposedly covered "bumper to bumper " . No loaner and when I asked Tony the incompetent service manager about a loaner or rental he laughed and said " I've got 5 motor jobs and none of them have a loaner ." So after countless phone calls with Ford ( they have been no help either) and the dealership the general manager Fred said they would get me a car by Tuesday Feb.2 . I'm still waiting ..... I'd also like to state i left a review somewhere else and the reply I got was please give us a call . What kind of customer service won't even make the effort to call a customer who is upset ?? I guess its my responsibility to make anything happen . Don't shop here unless you want to be treated like panhandler. What a joke ! Recently bought a relatively rare SUV sight unseen from them as I live out of state. I put some trust in them having never worked with them before. They said the vehicle was very clean and in good shape--it even looked near perfect in the photos they had. When it arrived it had body damage all over including rust, peeling paint, tons of scratches, dents and several body panels that were in rough shape. Beyond the cosmetics, when my mechanic looked at it, he found oil leaks in three different places and many electronic components that were not working in addition to it needing all of the general maintenance (brakes, belts oil change) that should have been done before it was sold to me. I was unable to return the vehicle and am now stuck with $6k+ in body work as well as a rough estimate of $3k+ in mechanical repairs--well beyond the value of the vehicle. Beyond disappointed that I was deliberately deceived and I strongly caution all others to be aware especially when purchasing across state lines. read more
