The PM Ryan was quick to give me a quote that was thorough, fair, and transparent. Triple A promptly handled the permit and the HOA paperwork and I was able to review all documents via an online portal. The project crew did an AMAZING job installing the cap and trim fence. The craftsmanship is solid and I was kept informed during the process from start to finish. I really appreciated Ryan and Steven's visit to check on how the project was coming along, and the team completed it in 2.5 days. A HUGE THANK you to Triple A for such great customer service. My family and my dog will enjoy this fence for years to come!!

Tried to use regular concrete and didn't wait for it to dry before placing the posts. Nails sticking out, left a mess, uneven. The owner tried to gaslight md. I hired a second contractor who said 14 posts had to be replaced and entire gate to be redone. AAA sent another sib contractor to redo the fence, but the whole experience was awful. Very unprofessional and no supervisor on site to make sure work was done properly. 2 stars for at least redoing the fence. Terrible customer service.

After meeting with Michael, we were leaning towards using him for our project. However after the…read moremeeting with him and a quick flurry of emails, we heard nothing for a week because Michael wanted the plans a previous builder had done. After many calls and efforts to acquire the plans from the architect, we received them and forwarded them to Michael. Then, we get an email from Susan today saying they are too busy to do the quote or pursue the project due to our timeline, which was just to start the project early next year. I think we dodged a bullet. I have no tolerance for people who give you the runaround and then don't follow through on their end. I run 2 businesses, and if I treated my clients like that, I would have been out of business a long time ago. If you don't have the time to do projects stop wasting potential clients time and just tell them up front that you aren't taking on any new projects.

He left saying we could expect an estimate within 48 hours. We never heard from Pat, so we emailed him on April 23 asking when we would receive an estimate - there was no response from Pat - no estimate, no call, no communication from him at all!!! On April 25 we received an email from ROL asking how the visit from their rep went. We responded saying we never heard from Pat with an estimate. To our surprise, there was no follow up response from the ROL office concerning the estimate. We began seeing a pattern of no communication with ROL. As I mentioned earlier, we though Pat was professional and knowledgeable. It's a shame ROL sent a representative to talk with us about work on our home, and then there was no follow up with an estimate and there was no follow up to our complaint that we had not heard from Pat. I don't recommend using this company based on their lack of follow up.
