We have had custom turf treating our yard for over 10 years. We have more weeds in our yard as well as a huge dead area of grass. There is no individualization in the treatment of our yard from any other yard. We have shade, lots of leaves and an incline which are all not common in this community yet our yard gets the same treatment as everyone else's with horrible results. I reached out to them with pictures to document the multiple different variants of weeds, dead areas,etc. I did not get any response but they came out, treated, and left a bill showing I didn't have to pay for that treatment. No follow up at all. They would be great if you have astro-turf for a yard. read more

THEIR BUSINESS PRACTICE IS THAT THEY'LL KEEP COMING BACK UNTIL EXPLICITLY TOLD OTHERWISE. Be very careful if you sign up with them. I signed up for 2020 - ok, fine, still had weeds; previous company didn't do any better. Time to move on again . . . or so I thought. Spring of 2021 they showed up, PRESUMING I wanted to continue using their service. I was charged $94 for the first application. Well I called about two months ago to get a quote for lawn service. Today they called and said they were out here a month ago, to provide a quote and left it in the door? I never saw anything in the door and I am in and out that door on a regular basis. Today they called to follow up on the quote. I said I never got a quote and that it is too late now, as I have someone else doing my lawn. Sigh.............they need to make an appointment with the homeowner, when they come out to give a quote so we know not only that they were here to do a quote but how much it is and what it covers. Not just show up whenever they want, and leave it in the door. I would have gone with them but now it's too late as I have someone else. :( In addition, the lady answering their phone was very, very rude and thinks they did a good job??? Wow! read more

I have two Ring flood light cameras. The man came through the gate at 10:19 and left the yard at 10:20:30. A minute and a half. The camera caught him in the backyard only doing a a square spot at the back door. I have no other recording of him doing the whole yard. That was a $45.00 "fertilization". I called to complain, but they blamed my recording. I walked the yard myself and the Ring has me walking across the whole yard. So, you might consider going somewhere else or checking out another lawn care company. read more
