I spent over a year trying to get an appointment with the Dr Macasieb as did friends & people I referred to him, the staff said they scheduled me to see him but, I was always pawned off to an NP, PA or other Dr.. no one was checking my medical history or testing my lithium levels or kidney functions as is required for a prescription Dr Macasieb prescribed. One time I was there Heather Gonzalez had performed a breathing test and when the results were negative I could clearly hear her and other staff in the hallway talking and laughing about my results. I was later discharged from his office because my boyfriend went to try and get me an appointment because I was very ill & got upset when they refused. I went to a new doctor and found I was nearly in renal failure due to Dr Macasieb's lack of supervision of his staff & staff incompetence. Also after he discharged me his practice his wife's business was put under his name and changed to Vivasol. Dr Macasieb transferred all of my contact information to Reshape and Vivasol who keep texting me. 1. My information should not be sent to another business and seems to me to be a violation of HIPAA. 2. My information should not be being discussed loudly in the hallway for everyone to hear. 3. Staff refused to let me speak with Dr Macasieb concerning the matters so now it's out there for the world to see. 4. After discharging me and nearly putting me into renal failure due to incompetence why would I ever want to ever let you treat me again! I do not and will not recommend Trinity Healthcare or Dr Macasieb to anyone! And I will post this review on every site I can find to protect others from what I went thru.

I realize it was a full day, and everyone wanted to get home, but the team stepped up and really helped me out, and I am very grateful! I had a very short wait, and got the order done and the blood draw completed in less than 30 minutes. I was told that both Dr Bundy and the nurse practitioner were back to back with patients, but he still found the time to approve my order and get it over to the lab. They continue to pimp annual physicals which the USPSTF could not justify (palpation as a diagnostic???) and there is still too little concern for patient modesty, opinions and yes, KNOWLEDGE (we read and have access to more peer reviewed journals than ever). If you want a sharp blade to sharpen your own ideas, not sure you'll get it here consistently. Doctors are personable and take time. Willing to handle you on the road. Unfortunately, really hard time taking chronic medications to mail order. Way too conservative on diagnostics (even contradicting FDA guidelines - - eg. hepatic enzyme screens with statins are no longer suggested / required but LFP asks for them any way). Nurses are a random number generator from caring to "let me inflict some immodesty on you" to show you whose boss. The old guard doesn't like the informed patient. Phone service is infuriating. Web scheduling please. Calling to make an appointment is painful. Scheduling lab time is a new one. Getting a blood draw should happen when convenient for me...not one more visit I have to schedule. And when I do, it's STILL always late even when there is NO ONE in the collection area. Really needs a looksee. Receive lab diagnostics with commentary in the mail. 10 thumbs up! Information in motion, making a difference. Timeliness is an issue with MD visits as well. Routinely late. Urgent care for walk-in business (separate from routine and not an excuse for that lateness) is very useful. 3-4 stars. Do your research in advance, have your questions and comments and remember to ask for what you want.

She repeated herself multiple times on one issue of concern even though I asked her to move on because she couldn't help with my medical travel related questions. I will be discontinuing my health related visits to this facility and will be transferring out. The facility is fairly new and attached to the Huntersville emergency room. It is very accessible from I-77 though sometimes tedious with the unpredictable Davidson-bound traffic. All in all a great facility with great providers!
