We've been there many times (because of my girlfriend, she seems to love it) and every time she, the Italian girl who works there, is up in our face asking if we know how it works. We say we do, she asks again, we answer again, she asks one more time and we answer one more time and then she starts explaining the whole process anyway. That is SO annoying!!! Moreover, if you stay there and eat your froyo, you have to hear her do this to EVERY. EFFING. CUSTOMER. That's not even the worst of it all... the worst part is: she shouts and yells EVERYTHING!
