Seriously I'm supposed to believe my credit card is trying to charge me for something that ended 7 months ago just out of the blue. Really disappointed and frustrated. They're eager to take your money but quick to pass the buck when there is an issue. I guess that's a good way to try and get you to give up. Not professional at all.

The building is way to small for the amount of people, some days it's just to much and I walk out. Of here recent I've been going to the gym in the morning I don't know if it's just my luck but it's a very inconvenient time to spend an hour cleaning the women's locker room. Therefore, I cannot put my bag down and I cannot change before I go to work. It has hindered my workout routine and there's no way I will go after five because as I mentioned the amount of people that is in there. But on a positive note, all staff members are super pleasant!

I checked it and it is still this way which did worry me a bit, but there's also a lock and latch on our room door.
