I saw they have 2 gluten-free flavors that, while not grain-free, are wheat free. I asked what the flour was and was told it is rice. After looking it up online, there is cornstarch in the icing (so I could leave it off in the future) but yes, rice is the main ingredient. They have both a chocolate chip version and the one I chose, lemon raspberry. It is a lemon cake with a raspberry jam ribbon throughout. I actually was pleasantly surprised that while it is a bit less moist than their regular flavors, it was deliciously flavorful with no negative aftertaste. Such a wonderful retreat for me! I would definitely order it again!
