So, today I went to the Chase Bank branch on Broad to get some 10, 5 and 1 dollar bills, and despite my insisting that they don't really have to be new bills, the young lady teller patiently went and selected the best looking bills possible. We had an appointment for simple notary for our son's passport application. Austyn Eubanks took us…read moreto his office. He refused to notarize stating that it is specifically bank of America's policy that prohibits him from notarizing anything that requires a copy of ID because notarizing the application is the same as notarizing a copy of the IDs. We told him that that doesn't make sense. He showed us the rule online stating that he can't notarize photocopies of IDs in Texas, but we didn't ask him to motorize copies of IDs! The form specifically states that notary is confirming our identities at the time of the witnesses signing. We asked for his manager. Nikki Calaway, the manager, was sticking with him. She read the application & said that Austyn was right. We tried to reason, but she was sticking with him. When asked to print that rule that they were citing, she said they're not allowed to, because it is strictly BofA's rule. We wasted almost 30 minutes & was told something that didn't even make sense. We've been banking with BofA for over 20 years & never had issues like these. Austyn seemed very inexperienced & unsure of himself. Nikki Calaway seemed to choose to side with her employee instead of doing what's right for the customer. We went to PNC & got the documents notarized without problem, even enjoyed our visit with the kind & confident staff. This experience has decreased our confidence to continue banking with BofA. We plan to look into moving most of our funds elsewhere, where we are treated with respect & kindness.

Was able to get everything taken care of and out within 15 minutes. This location does not have drive thur with tellers but does have a drive thur atm. Inside they have an additional atm and normally 2 tellers on duty to help you with your banking needs.

Cathy is usually our contact at the bank and she is great to work with. Pinnacle has several local branches also with all having a variety of accounts depending on your situation. We highly recommend them.

Navy Federal is a bit different than other banks. The way they handle the items is a bit…read moredifferent, but oddly normal. If it's a normal transaction than the teller can help, which there aren't' that many. If you need other attention for the account, you sit in a waiting area much like waiting on a doctors visit. Not comfortable nor welcoming. We usually choose to stand. We usually have to wait a bit for the account reps to free up, as again, there is usually only 2 that are there to assist. Once seated to get our needs taken care of, which involved transferring money internationally, the rep was super nice. Victoria was very helpful, always had a smile, and super friendly. She took care of multiple deposits as well as the transfer. My only ire is that the statement on the wall is "our members are our mission", what they need to add is that if you need a loan than this statement only applies to those with immaculate credit. Our loan business ended up at our RR Credit Union who is always willing to help regardless of the circumstances.

They told me my application was denied.CJ couldn't tell me anything about why it was denied. They wanted me to file a claim online. It seems like they don't want my business. I'm the customer they should've found out what the issue was. I have a good credit score and money in the bank and no credit issues. Very unfriendly attitude towards resolving the issue. I will find another credit union in the Mansfield Texas area.
