I recently had the pleasure of trying some of the offerings from Frootbat, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. From the moment I opened the bottle, I could tell that this was something special. The attention to detail in the packaging, the sleek design, it all hinted at the care and craftsmanship that went into creating this product. But of course, the true test lies in the taste, and Frootbat did not disappoint. Each sip was a revelation, a symphony of flavors dancing across my palate. Whether it was their smooth bourbon, their vibrant gin, or their rich rum, each one left me craving more. I ordered a rare 12-Year Van Winkle bottle for over $1,000, expecting a pristine product. Instead, it arrived with a cracked cork, unsealed top, and an odor that filled my apartment. When I reached out, I was strung along for two weeks with promises to resolve the issue, only to be offered small discounts--30%, then 50%--for a bottle I didn't damage. When I asked for a full replacement, Frootbat expected me to return the broken, open bottle without packaging or instructions on safely shipping it back. They repeatedly avoided taking real responsibility, as if I should pay for their vendor's error. Despite my requests, they failed to honor the value of my purchase. Frootbat may seem great when things go right, but if there's a problem, expect delays, deflection, and minimal support. If you're spending over $100, I'd think twice before buying here. read more

Frootbat is a very efficient way to order any liquor brands you can think of, at any price point you can imagine without having to go to several package stores to find what you are looking for. The prices are very reasonable and the shipment packaging is excellent. There was a discrepancy with part of my order being delivered on time due to one bottle being shipped separately. I notified Frootbat and they responded the same day by researching the tracking number of the second bottle and notified me that it was in transit and I received it within 2 days. The customer service representatives are very professional, they follow up on your request and answer any questions you may have about their products. I would highly recommend using frootbat. it is the most convenient way to order your liquor and is how I make all of my purchases. read more

this is my 2nd time ordering from frootbat, love that they offer free shipping sometimes, makes a difference to me. i was very pleasantly surprised that customer service followed up to make sure i received item & that it was not damaged. not too many companies do that now a days. it shows me that they not only like to sell their products but like to check up with customers to make sure they are happy with product that they are buying online. my husband is not a drinker other than beer & wine, but he enjoys the "sapling vermont maple liqueur", when he adds it to his coffee. makes it a great b-day, anniversary, christmas gifts. regards, dee l. read more

First time order from Brisbane Australia. Being new to the site and shopping for a rare bottle, I researched Team FrootBat before jumping in either the hard earned! The service centre here in AU were quick to email me back, the bottle was in stock (in the US) but the estimated delivery time had me confidence to go ahead and I did. Free postage despite International order, excellent email updates and tracking with FedEx and the bottle arrived on my doorstep 4 business days later! The wrapping was excellent with seal security and ample air padding. Unbelievable experience, won't hesitate to order from them again. Cheers! read more

I ordered a very beautiful and pricey bottle of Cognac to commemorate my dad each year. This same bottle I bought for him for $500 at his 50th birthday and he drank one glass from it every year until the year he passed. We finished that one off with a toast to him. Frootbat packaged everything in an air filled packaging that was incredibly sturdy. It was perfect. It means so much to our family to have this experience every year. I was grateful to find a company I could trust to purchase something so pricey and have it be legit and arrive in beautiful condition. We will be using them again. read more
