Regarding WINE: I made a mistake by failing duly to enter what I needed to get a first-time online customer's 10% on the high end--$599--bottle I bought, a VIP Australian Shiraz that Frootbat *alone*, unlike all several other internet sellers, offered for purchase of a *single* bottle rather than min. 3 or 6. And that at a very fair price. They kindly fixed my order and I got the discount. Further, I paid too little fleeting attention to a mention of 48 hrs, falsely supposing that it referred to acknowledgment of availability and completion of a purcase by cedit card. That referred in fact to their policy of shipping within that timespan. I asked about delaying to cooler weather here in High Plains Colorado. They made *another* exception and will hold the little shipment for several days beyond their stated out-by-third-day procedure to accommodate my travels. They're not in the wine *storage* business! Their communications were friendly and undersstnding. And *prompt*: I ordered late Friday before the Labor Day weekend, and, although thet promise response to contact only on business day, I hear from then on Sunday the 6th, and everything was satisfied to my complete satisfaction and grateful surprise. Frootbat offerings in wine include many items accurately marked as RARE , sometime only a single bottle in "stock." Prices can reflect that; but many items can be found *together* in their inventory that can only be found on lne at scattered sites, if at all. Finally, wines are not promoteed with selected glowing quotations and sometimes rather inflated numbers on the 100-point scale. Expert ratings given are conservative. I've seen points-higher ones in many cases. Sometimes a wine is not posted with its vintage. In some cases one has to summon the label with a click. Often it's a venerable, bottle-aged "vintage" vintage. This first-time customer will be ono to future nth times. read more

They had what I was looking for, King of Kentucky. I've never had an opportunity to buy this. It was pricy, but that's expected for not going to hundreds of allocation days to come up empty handed. Looking forward to trying this and seeing if its worth the hype. read more

I cannot say enough about the customer service at Frootbat! It just blew me away - in a way that no one does customer service anymore I ordered a bottle of scotch to be delivered to my cousin who we were going to visit. When I realized that it would t get to me in time, Michelle immediately changed the delivery address - replied to my Friday 4:50pm email within 5 minutes- and had it shipped directly to my cousin It arrived while we were visiting AMAZING!! read more

When I placed my first order with Frootbat I expected great things, especially with really reasonable prices and free shipping. My order was only two bottles, and I was surprised when they shipped separately. The first bottle came through with no problem, and I contacted customer service after what I thought was a fairly unreasonable time to wait for the bottle. When I didn't hear back right away, I pretty much wrote it off and thought to myself "Well I got a great price on the first bottle, with free shipping, and that's the one I really wanted so I'm not gonna make a big deal about it." Much than my surprise just a week ago, when I received a message from their customer service department apologizing for what they considered "dropping the ball" on my second bottle and for some reason it just got lost in the shuffle. Then, they told me they would ship it out within three days, and as promised, three days later, the bottle showed up at my house! I will continue to include them as one of my go to vendors for my bourbon collection and recommend them to any other purchasers, young or old. read more

I recently had an issue involving a $4,800 order for an expensive blended Scotch, but the team at Frootbat handled the situation professionally and resolved everything within 48 hours. With an order of this value, I was naturally concerned, but the way their team responded and took care of the issue made me feel that I was in safe hands. Their quick response and customer service gave me confidence in ordering from them again. I'm looking forward to adding more rare and hard-to-find bottles from Frootbat to my home bar collection. Great service and a team that stands behind their customers! read more

Frootbat has Liquor I can't find elsewhere! Shipping is done very well and with extra care. Customer service is exceptional!

This is now my second purchase through Frootbat where the product arrived damaged--and once again, the company refused to make it right. When you're paying premium prices for rare bottles like Blanton's Green Label, you expect the label and box to arrive in collectible condition. Instead, Frootbat continues to ship poorly protected items and then hides behind excuses when something goes wrong. To make matters worse, their shipping is horrendously slow, with no sense of urgency or care. Their website statements promise quality and customer satisfaction, but based on my experience, they simply don't honor those claims. As a collector, here's my warning: Stay away from Frootbat if you care about your bottles arriving in collector-grade condition. If you don't want your expensive, rare bourbon to show up with damaged labels or crushed packaging--and then be told there's nothing they'll do about it--look elsewhere. Frootbat has shown me twice that they do not care about their customers, their packaging standards, or maintaining the trust of collectors. read more

From orderi to delivering- process was awesome. Easy process. They stayed in contact all the way to the end .

The only problem I had was not with Frootbat, but with FedEx. They notified me of a "weather delay" without any explanation, and created too much confusion over a delivery date. Thank you, Frootbat, for excellent customer service! read more

It is a scam. I ordered a bottle of Oban 18 on November 1st. They immediately charged my credit card. On November 6 I realized they didn't sent it to me. So I emailed them. They politely told me that they don't have it and trying to locate it. So on November 7 they refunded my money on my request. In their email about refund they wrote "Thank you for shopping with us, and we hope to see you again in the future.". Ridiculous. I will never order from them. read more

I like finding unique and special items we can't get locally. Sometimes get disappointed to find they have what I'm looking for in stock, but then can't purchase it because their supplier won't ship to my state. I don't like getting email special deals, only to try and order immediately and am told it's not available. Seems shady. I will purchase from, but not always a pleasant experience. read more
