I will be charged an early withdrawal fee because it auto renewed but if I don't withdrawal the state will take the money from me. Total nonsense. I pay the fee get my check and deposit it. I think I'm done. Nope, about an hour later I get a call saying they need another signature from me. If I don't come sign, they will withhold my funds. Worst experience ever.
