They are ALWAYS in the back and only come out after you've been standing a while. Well, I added a line for my son. I couldn't get the sim.card in the phone. I had placed the order online. So they put a different sim card in the phone at the store. I could not see that. I have spent over 2 hours on the phone with customer service. I filed a complaint and the supervisor was NOT happy and I have to buy a new sim. But, I got a $30 credit. This store is pathetic and they need to drug test the employees. I called the store and it was the assistant manager that did it. It was the same manager on the phone. She could barely speak correctly. This is a shame. The phones are great, network is great. But the local store would be better off if flying monkeys ran it. Just saying...

Even the simplest task (ringing up a case) took 2 tries to complete properly. After spending 3 hours in this store today, I only got one of the two upgrades I requested completed. The phone had come in, but no one contacted us. No one bothered to find out what the error was or why. Just the most pathetic excuse for a retailer. I would have been better served to order online and activate it myself. If all Verizon retailers are like this, I hope they consider computer operated kiosks soon.
