I specifically asked for an itemized invoice for tax purposes and never received one. For this price point, I expected transparency, documentation, and some type of workmanship guarantee. I was remodeling a bathroom and made it very clear the tile I wanted, and what stone for the vanity. My husband had to tile our shower because they were charging an outrageous amount to just put down the tile. my husband had done the demo and redo of the walls and put in the shower basin. For the little amount they had to do they wanted over 2 grand. 4 months ago I picked out the stone for the vanity, he didn't even bother to order the stone until I had pestered him for long enough, and by him I mean Ricardco who runs that storefront. He said for an entire week in March that the installer was coming that week. Thursday of that week rolls around and I still had heard nothing from them. I call them to ask when the installer would come, he then says to me the installer is behind on other jobs and wouldn't be able to come until May! Ricardo refused to give be the installers number so I could talk to them to work something out sooner. And good luck trying to get hold of a manger or the store owner. Every step of the way of this remodel I have had to constantly hold their hands during this project just to make sure the bare minimum gets done. Half of the time the store is closed by 11am even though their hours say they close at 5. The inside of the store is disgusting and in complete chaos and almost no one is there inside the store to help a customer, so I have to make endless calls to track someone down to help me. Half of the time they make it seem like they are doing you a favor just by even being there, and make Insinuations about not paying when we have to go to pick up the stone we ordered to take to another installer in town. When he hadn't even put the amount down on the account that store uses to collect payments! Honestly I am so worn down by this whole thing. We had to remodel because our home is almost 70yrs old. Black mold and extensive termite damage made it unhealthy for us to continue to use. I have never in my life had to write a bad review and I am sorry it had to come down to this. I tried to be reasonable and patient but at this point after a bathroom that has been unusable for going on four months now, with no help from the people whose job is to help; I'm no longer willing to let them walk all over me and treat me like an annoying child.
