These last four months Ive gone in almost every other week to get my card suspension lifted and to set up a verification system to tell me if there was a suspicious charge that I can approve or deny, but their lack of capability truly shone through as over the past four months they have been unable to do such things. I am unsure if it is just this branch that is unsuited to do their jobs aside handing out money as a cashier would or if it is the company as a whole. Either way I strongly suggest that anyone looking to have access to their money do not store it here. I value being able to pay my bills and being able to access my hard earned money and look forward to Monday when I can close my account and transfer out of this bank service. Though it is regrettable to be leaving this bank after 9 years banking with them However not much point in banking with someone if you can't use the funds you earned.

By this time, it's frustrating to have to pay them a big portion of my refund that I had received months earlier. So because of that it's been an annoying experience but other than that it's been good. I was very happy to see some extra money come in that I wouldn't have received other wise. They just need to be more on top of the whole point of their business.. which is for them to get paid. Still a fan.
