I called the clinic and asked if I could come by to have some eyes on it. I was told I needed an appointment and the next available was 4/6/26. I then sent photos on MyChart to the dermatologist. Meanwhile I went to my PCP and it was definitely infected. He took a culture (tested positive) and started me on oral and topical antibiotics. He said it was a good thing I came in when I did. The next day I heard from Frontier because I had left a message and sent the photos. I was told on the phone that my wound was fine and to put Neosporin on it. I would not trust this clinic and would not go again. Anytime you mention an infection in a wound you should be seen right away by any doctor doing there job correctly.

I saw Dr. Brasier for an initial consultation and a couple of follow ups for ongoing acne, melasma, and scarring. She was very helpful and prescribed some topicals I hadn't tried before as they're very unique to the clinic, not just the run of the mill variety. Dr. Brasier also suggested treatments that could be very helpful. Having a great dermatologist be able to recommend someone for treatments is a game changer for me. I have had less than stellar experiences with spa treatments and felt like I needed more guidance in what treatments would be best for me. Also, which skin care products would work best for me. That's when I met Katie! I have seen her several times and can't wait for my next appointment with her. From chemical peels to facials (my favorite being the Diamond glow) to micro needling Katie has me covered. I've been blown away by her skills and the results I have achieved. PŪR skin clinic has been the key to feeling great in my own skin. I couldn't be happier. Even though I've only seen Katie and Dr. Brasier, and I highly recommend them, I would honestly feel comfortable seeing anyone at PŪR skin clinic. I have really sensitive skin and have used countless products throughout the years and it's been super difficult to find anything compatible with my skin. Her oh so light moisturizer has been the only moisturizer I could use on my skin with no reaction and the charcoal cleanser is gentle/exfoliating yet gives you a bit of a glow. Her gentle cleanser (pink label) is gentle for the kiddos to use without stripping or adding questionable oils that may break you out. Over the years I would come by and no one was there during listed hours. I would call and would always get a call back every time and encouraged to order online. I reckon due to personal/pandemic changes. Tbh I was a little irritated and it was inconvenient making the drive there for not it to be open. Other than that, it didn't deter me from purchasing online since it's the only thing that has worked for me. I believe the office is by appointment only. Not to sure now.
