All equipment was provided for a fee, and included were sturdy disposable plates, cutlery, and napkins. The food was delicious, especially the pulled pork, and presented very nicely. We received many compliments from our guests, and my parents were thrilled. All hot foods were brought hot and the cold was cold. They can cook a killer breaded pork chop. Very hard to bread, bake and transport without them getting dried out. They were super moist and even the little old Polish ladies at the party said they were superb!! Their portion sizes were insane, and no one left hungry. The staff were so attentive to myself and my groom; making sure we had a drink before we walked down the aisle, making sure they knew our drink preferences for the night, and several times seeking us out wherever we were with a readymade drink (mixed and just water) to make sure we were lubricated and hydrated. They also made us 6-8 covered plates of a sampling of all the catered foods and set it at our table for when we finally got to sit down AND they brought us and the wedding party hors d'oeuvres immediately after the ceremony while we were getting ready for photos. I had purchased one of those 7lb cans of luxardo cherries to go with cocktails for the night and of course got cherry juice on my fluffy white dress and one of the bartenders deftly and quickly saved my dress with some club soda too! Everything was beautiful and tasty and there were several compliments on the food. We already loved Joe's Deli and Buffalo Catering is even lovelier. Highly recommend you let them cater your wedding and suggest you ignore the review on here by a wedding attendee about running out of food. Running out of food is a planning mistake and not the fault of the caterer if they didn't know about the correct numbers or the family didn't take their advice and instead bought less that was suggested! Our food amounts were seemingly perfect as far as I can tell (as advised by the caterer based on our attendee numbers) and we did a grazing menu: a great variety of delicious slider sandwiches, a bruschetta bar, two orders of charcuterie, two orders of cheeses, vegetable and fruit plates, and four types of hors d'oeuvres with enough for each person to have at least 2 of each. Open bar package with beer, wine and cocktails as well. Again, can't say enough, they did a stupendous job and I felt so cared for and taken care of. We could not have been happier--the food was delivered professionally (the fruit and cheese tray was displayed on a beautiful Lenox tray, along with quality party crackers) and Benay walked me through how to keep everything warm (or cold, depending on the food). All of the food was not only fresh, but delicious and creatively prepared. My son even asked to take home some of the leftovers. There was another event going on here too (a baby shower), but there was proper signage with the family names on them to properly direct us to the right room. We were in the Romanesque room, which was down the hall and toward the back of the building. The space consisted of two areas, an open space where we could mingle and where the breakfast buffet was set up, along with the bar, and another space separated by a partially-open brick wall where we'd be sitting during the event. It wasn't open bar, though I wonder if that's an option which can be discussed. They provided the breakfast food for our nice brunch, however, and it was actually pretty fantastic. Scrambled eggs, home fries, french toast (with strawberry filling), sausage and bacon, and bagels! Oh, let's not forget the Paula's Donuts. Oh my god. Let's just say I stuffed my face and licked my plate clean. Everything was absolutely delicious, so well catered! Our event was very pleasant, and I'm really glad that we had it here! I saw the space beforehand, but never seen an event at the Stone cellar and I have to say I was blown away with my event. I was looking for the most reasonably priced option to hold a ceremony and brunch, and I got this place for a steal. Brides looking to book a wedding on a budget and that are willing to do the non-traditional thing, I highly recommend the space and doing a brunch. My guest raved about the food and I could go on forever with every detail of amazing customer service and exceptional execution of my vision. I held my entire event here for less than $2000 for 50 people that included the ceremony fee, the $50 bartender fee, the food and unlimited sodas, coffee and tea. I know prices increased since I booked but it's still an affordable option. The stone cellar was perfect and such a beautiful and intimate space for a small group of 50. Please consider this if you're looking for a smaller more affordable option. They now offer micro packages that are incredibly cheap and beautiful. The only thing I will mention is parking behind Pearl is not actually free but the venue accommodated us beyond expectation.

However she then proceeded to turn my complaints into a he said, she said situation.
